The master bedroom is nicely decorated and furnished with a queen-sized bed, a closet, a ceiling fan, a flat TV, and an ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom has (2) single-size beds, a closet, a ceiling fan, and a flat TV, and the bonus room, near the living room, has a cozy daybed with flat TV, making this house a perfect spot for extended families. A washer and dryer, wireless internet, two car parking spaces in the driveway, and a beautiful heated pool are also included. This is a non-smoking house. Linens, towels, and pillows are provided for the comfort of our guests.

•Please inform us in advance if you would like the pool to be heated. For safety reasons, the pool temperature will not be set higher than 80 degrees. We cannot guarantee the pool's temperature at any time due to varying climate factors. Refunds will not be issued for any reason.
• Pool care: Scheduled once a week. They will enter from the backyard door. They will not knock on your door to notify you of their presence or take permission.
• For optimal pool cleanliness, we provide a pool vacuum. We would greatly appreciate it if you could put back the pool vacuum in the pool when you are done using the pool every time.
• Please do not open the garage mechanical door nor park your vehicle inside.
• Mining Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies is prohibited. Claim will be made.
*There will be an inspection for quality and safety purposes conducted by a member of our team. If it happens to fall during your stay, we will notify you in advance. Guest presence is not mandatory during the inspection but inspection may be. Guest understands and agrees to access.

My family loved everything about the house, except that the pool was not heated enough until we were about to leave and we even extended our stay for one more day. I would suggest to heat the pool 1 day before the guests arrive, so it is warm enough. Overall, it was one of the best we've rented so far!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! There were 5 adults over 40 and there was ample room for everyone. House was very clean and had everything we needed - pots, pans, coffee maker, washer, dryer...etc. Beds were comfy and bathrooms clean and spacious. The pool was nice to sit by during the day with plenty of seating. Neighborhood was super safe and close by to restaurants and grocery stores. We walked to Panera one morning - under a 30 minute walk if you want some exercise. Highly recommend the nearby Seaweed Restaurant - great HH and delicious food. Would stay here again!

The rooms were clean and the AC worked well. The host was very communicative and responded within a reasonable amount of time. Our stay was mostly very good, however, there were a few flaws keeping it from being excellent. Throughout the entirety of our stay there were several large trash bags of leaves left at the end of the driveway, making it difficult to access in a large rental vehicle. Additionally, the pool was completely green by the 3rd day of our stay, despite us consistently trying to keep it as clean as possible whenever leaves or other debris would fall in. The pool skimmer and vacuum appeared to not be functioning properly, ultimately leading to us not being able to use the amenity much at all when having free time at the house during our trip. Lastly, the shared bathroom connected to the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms had a broken shower diverter, causing the spout to spray water onto the floor constantly when in use and did not allow for use of the tub. When it came to the overall impact these issues had on our stay, they were manageable, however, they did influence our overall thoughts of the property when considering how we may review it. Had we planned on staying longer than a weekend, I would have brought these issues to the host’s attention immediately and have no reason to believe that they wouldn’t have or won’t address them in the future for other guests after receiving this feedback.

Family Vacation
We enjoyed the house and pool! The online pictures were spot on. We loved the proximity to the beach, grocery store, produce stand and shopping. We had a few issues on day one and contacted the maintenance manager and everything was resolved very quickly and professionally! I would stay at this property again.

St pete and clearwater
This os an awesome location just a few min from St pete, treasure island, and clearwater. We wanted to explore all what St pete has ans this spot put us right in the middle of it all.

Overal a very beautiful place centrally located to a lot of different areas for eating, shopping, etc. The house and pool were awesome. Only thing I could complain about was the TV remote situation. Even though they have a link for an app if the remotes won’t work it is only for android phones not iPhones. Only one remote had batteries and you had to unplug the main tv and use that remote to operate any of the other tvs. Other than that my family had an amazing time and really enjoyed the home and the amenities it had to offer.

Great location and backyard- plenty of space!
Getting to the beach was quick and easy! Even if we didn’t feel like heading to the beach, relaxing in the backyard was a great alternative. We were near stores for stocking up and any additional needs.
Would’ve been a nice perk to have some beach chairs but not a necessity. The house in general was very clean and we enjoyed all crowding around the kitchen island. Pool stayed clean with the little robot and a crew came out and cleaned it one day.. didn’t bother us a bit!

The house was fine and mostly met the pictures posted online. The neighborhood was quiet. The problems we had were with the service of the management company, who were very poor in responding and then simply not responding. When we arrived someone was parked in the driveway doing yard work past our check in time. The air conditioning was not working. The thermostat was blank. They asked the same guy who was doing the yard work to look at it. He got the thermostat to work again. It showed 85 degrees as the house temp. Then we were told later that day someone would be out on Monday “to fix” the air conditioner. Monday went by. We went out during the window we were told someone would be fixing it. When we returned we did not know if it had been fixed. I was told late Monday night they couldn’t send someone out and it would be Tuesday. Eventually fixed. Yard and pool crew show up unannounced early. Don’t sleep in! Only 4 remotes for 5 TVs. Then no batteries in two. Spent 10 on batteries. They still didn’t work. No solution and thus no TV in three bedrooms. WiFi went out mid week. Was not fixed at all after being told to reset. We enjoyed our stay by going out. The house was disappointing. Only plus was the pool which was nice. Would be good to add enclosure due to numerous bugs. If I had to do over again I would say dont rent here. House had many issues they need to fix. They shouldn’t be fixing while renting out. Very disappointing.
