On the Beach Mexican Condo in the heart of the Romantica Zone Puerto Vallarta

Mexican themed condo unit with full amenities.
Kitchen is fully equipped also has a blender, toaster, coffee maker and fresh bottled water brought up from the front desk.. There is a washer and dryer inside the condo and maid service come in twice a week , There is On-Site management, garage and front gate security attendants. Security is 24/7
The sofa bed is newly purchased as is the queen mattress for the bedroom. Please note this is a one bedroom. Large closet space available and dresser and nightstands with drawers in the bedroom. Extra bedding and pillows for the sofa are typically in the main closet in the condo unit.
In ground pool with beach shower on deck and a large deck with tables, chairs, loungers and umbrellas.
The beach is easily accessible right outside the condo building.
Elevator and stairs to all levels.
Remotes are supplied upon arrival for the 32” tv and air conditioner.
Keys supplied for gate entrance and in room safe. Key cards for the unit will be supplied as well upon arrival and the wifi password upon request at the front desk.
This condo is home away from home.
Shop at the many available markets and eat in or prepare a picnic for the beach.
Wifi is available throughout the complex, in the condo and many restaurants also offer free wifi right within walking distance.
The complex is 1 block away from the heart of the Romantic Zone.

.The pool had a new heater and pump installed in 2025 as part of its regular maintenance.

From start to finish, Teresa was an excellent host. The staff at the condo are warm and accommodating. You couldn't ask for a better location. I ran to my balcony every morning to enjoy the view of the playa as I dipped my coffee. In the afternoon, I was a minutes walk from several beach clubs and beachside restaurants. The unit is well equipped, clean and quiet during the night. I really felt I was part of the neighborhood! Highly recommend.

The staff at reception were very welcoming and efficient. The unit was comfortable for 2 people. Unfortunately we were 3 and the fold out bed was very uncomfortable. Perhaps would be OK for children, but not an adult.

Unfortunately I was not made aware there were going to be 3 adults. Had I known I could have let the front desk know and a solution would have been made available for the sofa.. The condo is listed as a 1 bedroom. The pullout couch has a new mattress but as it is a stowaway in a pull out couch. The thickness will not be the same as a mattress that does not have to bend in 3 places to put the couch back together. I apologize for the discomfort, however, again, it is advertised as a one bedroom .

My aim is to make sure my guests are given as much information as I can with regards to the surrounding areas outside the condo as well as onsite contacts at the condo when I’m not in PV so that all your needs and questions are identified. Rest assured that next year I will again be in contact with the office staff to update them of your arrival and to also update you of any changes that may regard accessing the building upon arrival.

Wonderful host and beautiful property

We had the pleasure of staying at Teresa's place for almost a week. It was a great location and lovely property. Teresa was extremely helpful and quick to respond to my questions. Can't wait to come back!

Malecon junkies

We thought the condo was nicer than photos indicated, also larger. Appreciated the many restaurants and food sources close by. Best of all the closeness of the Malecon. We love to walk the Malecon every day and sit at the Pier watching all the action. We slept well with little outside noise. Another bonus.Would definitely recommend for two people.

Great location and comfortable room for two. We had 3 and had to ask for sheets blankets and towels for the 3rd person - room not ready on arrival at 4pm. No water in room and had to ask repeatedly for things. Entrance to hotel thru garage as gate on 1 Beach St locked and key needed for entering( lucky that our driver reloaded our bags and drove us around the block to garage so we didn’t have to haul our luggage down the st.). No basics as far as salt pepper, dish soap, Kleenex - 1 bar of soap and toilet paper we only amenities. Had to ask for dish towels and third towel set up in bathroom. Just a lot of asking for things that have been basics in other places- made for a rough start. Door lock and keys malfunctioned and maintenance came up but didn’t/ couldn’t repair so some times we struggled to enter room. Having said that by the 3rd day or so we had what we needed and knew the routine- we knew to ask for things early and expected to have to ask again. Maid service was good, but even when we let them know we would be gone from say 10-330 they would show up at 340 when we were trying to get ready for evening or at 950 when we trying to get out the door (may have been language barrier)having said all that - we enjoyed our little patio with partial ocean view and view of the street activities (it was very entertaining) it was a comfortable room for 2 and maybe a child but fold out bed not ideal (ended up getting a foam topper from staff and that made it better)
