This property is conveniently located in Zona Romantica, walkable to Mantamar and down town. Clean and well appointed.

Good building and staff.

Ground floor, 1-bedroom; nice layout but dark, no view. A lot of noise from nearby building construction this year.

Unbeatable weather

This condo is in a well managed building. Attendants are very polite and helpful. The only drawback is the condo has no view but there are amazing views on the roof top pool area. We saw many whale sitings. Good communication with the host.

The place is in a great location, close to the beach and restaurant, ideal for alone or two people. Luis is great host and communication was great!

Easy walk to the beach.

The facility was clean. We felt very secure and safe. Great views from the rooftop.

Vallarta vacation

We love going to PV , this was a perfect location and beautiful home! We were there during hurricane Lidia and host was very nice to let us extend stay due to cancelation of our flights. Great communications with as well. Will definitely book again!

Perfect!

This place is great. Luis was very communicative regarding all the aspects of staying there. It was very close to the beach and in a great neighborhood. I will totally book it again.

Great place and location!

The place was wonderful. It was very clean and well set up! There were easy to follow instructions on everything you needed. The host was very communicative and pleasant. The location is also perfect. It is a 2 minute walk to a beautiful beach with great restaurants all within walking distance. I would highly recommend!

Needed Repairs

Property is okay for what it is. No view and not much sunlight, so it plays on your psychic a little bit. Repairs needed:Numerous light bulbs were out in the unit, but got manager to replace.Bathroom towel rack falls off;Kitchen faucet is not bolted down properly and appears to not swivel;Refrigerator needs to be pulled out a little as doors hit side cabinetry;Exhaust hose on dryer looked to have multiple holes in it, so it means exhaust goes back into unit;It would have been nice to have extra toilet paper and towels on hand since cleaning is once per stay; Not enough trash containers to hold all trash for one week;Living room furniture is not that comfortable and has a minimalistic feel to it. I would opt for more comfortable furniture in the living room. Bed and head board are comfortable. Shower head pressure and flow was great. Have been in other buildings where this was a challenge. Hope all this helps enhance the unit for future guests.

It’s a very nice property but the 1st floor units lack any view. That’s the only criticism I have; otherwise all was good.

Great location

The apartment was spacious and decorated beautifully. I found the bed very comfortable with great bedding and pillows.The kitchen was well equipped with everything I needed to make tasty meals. It has a stove top, oven, microwave and large refrigerator. The bathroom had a lovely walk in shower with ample space .The owner also had a good supply of towels for use in house and pool area. I could also sit outside on the patio and enjoy some fresh air. However there is no view from the patio, but that did not bother me.The rooftop pool was great even though very busy at times. Communications with the owner was great and I appreciated that. The apartment is very secure and in a good location. Quiet at night , but still close to the beach and shops, restaurants and the Oxo convenient stores. I can definitely recommend this apartment.

Very pleasant stay

Luis and his wife are great Landlords who respond to every need on a timely basis. The condo is new, clean and spacious. The upper deck with the pool/hot tub is breathtaking. Lilly, the cleaning lady is lovely and does a super job. Overall, I would recommend this unit to anyone with an interest providing close access to the beach and restaurants. Thank u Luis.

Oasis With Convenience

This first floor unit is new and smartly furnished, but the payoff is on the 7th floor where the infinity pool and hot tub offer a spectacular view of Puetro Vallarta's bay in the Pacific Ocean. The complex is smartly managed and security is taken seriously. Many top notch restaurants within walking distance. We experienced the vibrancy and energy of downtown Puerto Vallarta.

AMAZING!

I stayed in this beautiful oasis for 3 weeks in mid 2023 and every day was a slice of heaven. Luis is an awesome host - he makes sure you are happy with everything. When I arrived there was an issue with the A/C and it was fixed (brand new A/C) the next day. Luis is incredibly responsive and cares about the people who stay in his apartment. The location is excellent, the building is beautiful, the building staff are wonderful and I can't wait to go back.

Needs Updating

Linens are tired. Suite is dark, needs painting Bad odor in suite from washing machine. Uncomfortable furniture in living room, however King bed is very comfortable. Pool deck is fabulous Perfect location close to all amenities. Concierge staff very helpful

Suggestions

Something to consider: - put combo lock like your neighbor has. I use similar for my rentals - MOST UNCOMFORTABLE SOFA. I understand cheap but TERIBLE. - we usually provide adequate soap and shampoo for short stays we do checkin.so .. - shower door bottom missing strip so water goes all on floor -sink faucet loose need to tighten from below.
