BEDROOMS:
You'll find 4 themed bedrooms, 2 ensuite bathrooms, 1/2 bath in hallway (~1700 sq ft), with Smart TVs and luxury king/queen beds throughout.

*** Joshua Tree - The master suite features a comfortable king bed, a private ensuite bathroom, and direct access to the backyard oasis.
*** Cozy Cactus - The second master suite, offers a king bed, a private ensuite bathroom, and a small desk
*** Palm Tree - For kids or additional guests, there's a bedroom with a full over queen bunk bed
*** Calming Pink - A inviting queen bed with a small desk
*** 1/2 bath (no shower) in the hallway

LIVING ROOM/LOUNGE:
The open-concept spacious great room is perfect for relaxing and entertaining. Watch your favorite shows on the large flat-screen TV or challenge friends and family to friendly games of pool, ping pong, or arcade games in the stylish game room.

KITCHEN:
The fully equipped kitchen has modern appliances and ample counter space, making it easy to prepare delicious meals. We provide a wide range of cookware and pantry essentials, saving you the hassle of shopping for these items during your stay. Additionally, a selection of coffee and tea is available to kickstart your mornings.

High-speed internet (500 MBPs) and complimentary YouTube TV are available in the living room and game room. Bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs (BYOL - bring your own login) for your entertainment.

BACKYARD:
Step outside to your own private medium sized saltwater pool (5 ft deep) + spa oasis, complete with lounge chairs and a shaded patio area. Enjoy a refreshing dip, soak up the sun, or swim under the stars. Our pool is designed for leisure and casual enjoyment, rather than extensive swimming or large gatherings. The outdoor patio also features a barbecue grill for cookouts and a dining table for enjoying meals al fresco. Unwind in the outdoor seating area with a fire pit, surrounded by golf views, lush landscaping, and the sounds of nature.

POOL HEATING:
The pool and spa are not kept heated in the winter by default. If you desire a heated pool (up to 85 degrees) and/or spa (up to 104 degrees), there will be an additional charge. The spa-only option is $30/day, pool only is $70/day while heating both the pool and spa is $80/day. Please let us know if you would like to pre-purchase these options. Heating the pool takes about 24 hours depending on outside temperature.

PARKING:
Available for up to 3 cars (1 in the garage, 2 in the driveway). Street parking is only allowed during the day, and unregistered cars may be ticketed.
Please enter from the main gate located on Monroe and Country Club Drive. Exit is available through the main gate, but alternative exits may be allowed. Please confirm with security upon check-in.

COMMUNITY FACILITIES: Tennis, pickleball, pool, golf

The Indian Palms Country Club offers additional amenities such as a gym, saltwater pool, and tennis, pickleball, and bocce courts. Golf is also available at an additional fee. Please check the Indian Palms website for more information.

Satellite pool - Guests have access to a heated satellite pool which is few houses away. Please ensure that you leave the keys back in the cabinet

Lifestyle Center - Please let me know ahead of time (2-3 days) if you plan to use any of the facilities such as community pool, gym or tennis/pickleball. I can register up to 4 guests and you will also have to check in with the facility to obtain a temporary guest pass. Tennis/pickleball is open play and please check with the front desk on reservation rules, hours, etc.

QUIET HOURS:
Please be aware that there is a noise ordinance in place, and no outside music is allowed after 9/10 pm. Fines of up to $1000 can be issued for violations, which guests are responsible for.

HOUSE RULES: No pets, quiet hours, no shoes inside if possible

MISC:
Trash cans are located on the right side of the garage. Maintenance services for the pool (M, Thu), yard (F), and trash (M) are scheduled on specific days.
