Dette er et 3 soveværelser, 2. 5 badeværelser med 2 meget store dæk med udsigt over havet. På første sal i hjemmet finder du alle 3 soveværelser. Soveværelse nr. 1 har en queensize-seng, og det er egne døre, der fører til dækket. Soveværelse nr. 2 har en queensize-seng og et komplet badeværelse, som også ser ud mod havet. Soveværelse nr. 3 har 2 sæt dobbelt- / dobbelt køjer. Der er også et andet komplet bad på denne etage.


På hjemmets andet niveau finder du et stort, åbent og meget komfortabelt opholdsstue. Den bedste del er alle døre, der fører ud til det andet dæk og giver en fantastisk udsigt overalt i rummet. Der er en opholdsstue med masser af bøger at læse, en spiseplads, der sidder 8 og en bar i køkkenet, der vil sidde yderligere 4 personer. Køkkenet er udstyret med alle nødvendige madlavningsartikler og apparater.


Dette hjem ligger på stranden, C-30. Det ligger i et meget flot og familievenligt kvarter og er mindre end en kilometer fra afkørslen til Indian Pass Road. Meget tæt på den berømte restaurant, The Raw Bar!

Turtle Watch was perfect for our family

Turtle Watch is the perfect beach house. There are a few little things that need repair, but overall in great condition. We loved being on the beach. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the big dining room table. There was enough space for our puzzle and for eating. Beds were comfortable and the porch outside was so nice. We would stay here again.

Beautiful views, low key, away from everything. Just what we look for in a Vacation at the beach. Tarpon, red fish , manatee, fresh shrimp from the beach ,a passing bear now and again and great neighbors. What more can you ask for.

Superb!

The place was nice and the location was too! The staff at the rental management firm was expedient and understanding. The stairs were a lot of up and down but that’s to be expected in a beachfront home due to threats from storm surge. We fished and played in the surf and enjoyed all of it. It’s not far from the state park and Indian pass isn’t too far away either. PSJ is right up the road so anything you could need is there. There were four bunk beds and two queen or full size beds, I think they were queens. I’m ready to go back!

We loved being able to walk straight out onto the beach from the house. Being able to bring our pup with us was a huge benefit. He settled right in to the house and loved the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed - I actually have never seen a rental with so many dishes, glasses and mugs! The bed was comfortable. The towels were thick and plush! I would stay in this unit again.

However, I do not think I would return to this property, as there are 35 steps from the driveway to the kitchen/ family room which is oddly on the second floor. Also, the scum at the bottom of the dishwasher made it unusable. The dishes were covered in scum after running the dishwasher.i called the property management to report this and nobody ever came out to check on it.

Needs work

Beach front was great, but that was it. House had horrible musty smell, carpets and rug was pretty bad (we made sure to always wear shoes and placed nothing on them), internet was ok as long as only one device on it. Overall, we chose to not spend time inside other than to sleep. When we did we’d end up with headaches. Might be because they sprayed for pests on the day of arrival which seemed odd. We have no idea how long before we got there that occurred but if we spent time in the house we both ended up with nasty headaches. I would search elsewhere if I was considering this rental. We won’t be back.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is good, but needs a new grill because the old one is full of rest and will only work if you risk a fire hazard by sticking a lighter down into the grates. All of the rugs have large stains on them. The living room needs another couch, The chairs and there are not comfortable for watching a movie. The kitchen sink desperately needs a garbage disposal. The master bedroom could seriously use a dresser to put clothes in so you don’t have to live out of your suitcase. Also all the front doors need to be replaced because they will pop open even when locked.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great home with perfect oceanfront location. LOTS OF STAIRS INSIDE! Stairs to door, immediate flights of stairs to first floor, which is the bedrooms! Another set of stairs to upstairs which is Kitchen and living area. Decks and views are great with access from bedrooms. We had issue with garbage. Previous renters left can full. At night a critter would dump over, and we had to clean up. Office said someone would come out and change out cans, but they never did. We kept our garbage inside a closet because we had nowhere to put it. Air unit on first level leaks from ceiling. They sent repair people who basically bandaided the issue and it started leaking again. Air repair also took batteries out of thermostats and we had to replace with remote batteries. We are frequent renters with Coastal and this is the FIRST time we have ever had these issues.

Right on the Beach!

We saw dolphins swim by most days. The home was clean and well equipped.Kitchen had everything we needed. Master bath was beautiful. Coastal Joe was very responsive when we had a minor issue with the ac. Be aware that the living quarters are on the top floor. It is 2 flights from the carport to the living area. The stairs are a bit tight for those who might have challenges with stairs. This was our first trip to the Port St. Joe and Cape San Blas are, but we plan to return. Clean beaches and tasty seafood restaurants abound!

Great location, house needs work

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It has been our second year we stayed at turtle watch, its a lovely location perfect for a beach getaway. Although our vacation was fantastic it was a little disappointing that the house was not cleaned as expected upon arrival. We vacuumed it three times and it was full of dog hair and dirt. The furniture and carpets are old and dated, some broken, carpets stained. In general this is not a showstopper but i would love to see this updated, cleaned and fixed. A little love to this house will go a long way. But its not all negative we had a great time, the house is on the beach and its fantastic to have a morning coffee on the deck and watch the sunrise, unforgettable, so are the sunsets. I hope the owner takes not and does some work to this place so more people can enjoy it.
