Inside, warm wood accents, tall windows, and an open layout create an inviting gathering space, while the fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prep fresh island finds, casual breakfasts, or dinner after a day outdoors. Three queen bedrooms plus a sleeper sofa in the living room comfortably sleep up to 8 guests.

The lower level adds extra flexibility with a private third bedroom featuring its own entrance, TV, mini fridge, and microwave—ideal for guests who want a little added privacy. The converted garage brings the fun with a pool table and lounge space that opens toward the covered patio, keeping game nights, rainy afternoons, and laid-back hangouts easy.

Home Truths:
- The third bedroom and bathroom are located on the first floor, separate from the rest of the home. They are not accessible from the main living space—you must go outside to enter this room.
- There are two outdoor cameras on the property. One is above the downstairs entrance, and the second is in front of the house, pointed at the street.
- Due to our septic system, infants are included in max. occupancy.
- This home allows 2 dogs under 30 lbs for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine.
- Please note that infants are considered part of the total guest count under HOA rules.
- Whidbey Island is home to a naval air base. On a few weekdays each month (and occasionally in the evening), you may hear loud flight training. The Navy does not conduct training on weekends or holidays and typically publishes the schedule one week in advance.
- There is no EV charger available on-site, and there are no nearby superchargers near the property.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
