Enjoy the extensive waterfront view from inside the home or step out on the large deck overlooking the beach to sip coffee while watching the birds, seals and the whales frolic in the horizon. The place to unplug and relax.

The beach is reached via the staircase in front of the house.

Guest will have private access to the beach house. Guest will enter the house via door code using a number sent prior to your arrival via email from sandandseapropertymanagement@gmail.com. Guests are free to check in anytime after the 4:00pm check in time.

The house is two levels with the family room, kitchen, 2nd bedroom and bathroom on the main level. The primary bedroom bathroom and studio are on the second level. The studio is spacious with 3 twin beds.

A car is necessary for this property. Although there is bus service on the main highway, you will want to explore the island with your vehicle.

This house is light and bright, if you require a darkened room to sleep, this is not the house for you. This house is not recommended for toddlers or young children. There is a security camera on the back deck activated by movement which is currently not monitored but we are required to let guests know of the camera.

We allow a maximum of 2 dogs. There is a $500 penalty for bring a dog which is not paid for on your reservation and for leaving your dog unattended in the house or property. Dogs are required to be on a leash at all times outside. If you bring your dog/s, please pick up all poop before leaving.
