Clean rental. Glad they had hardwoods. Located in a quiet neighborhood next to the community pool. Really appreciated the sharp knives, and spices. Perfect for a family of 4-6. Would recommend.

Great location

The pool is very convenient, the bikes were a big hit with our crew and the house accommodated everyone nicely!

I called this renter to ask her why she only gave us 4 stars. We asked "what could we have done to make your experience worthy of a 5-star review"? She informed us that it was her first stay through VRBO, and first review. Hayley said the listing say's it has a neighborhood pool but it was not open. That is true. It's too cold to swim now and our DHEC department allows us to open the pools the weekend before Memorial Day and we close the pools the last day of October each year. There is a heated pool on the island that people use during the winter months. It is a Fripp Island Resort property and an amenity card is required to access the Resorts pools. Thanks, Kathy

343 Deer Lake was awesome

Clean spacious home great location quite neighborhood perfect for family up to about 8 we had 7 plenty of room huge garage nice outdoor shower and bathroom in garage would also great for fishermen driveway had plenty of room for boats

Perfect home that is pet friendly

We rented this home over Easter weekend. The home is well maintained and fully stocked with everything you need. We enjoyed the location as well. You would never know this is a pet friendly home as it was very clean and well taken care of. There is a sunroom off of the master and the den that was an excellent place to leave our dog while we were out and about. The furnishings were clean and up to date with plenty of seating. We enjoyed having coffee on the nice deck in the mornings! We will definitely rent this home again. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Wonderful Host & House

This was my and my teenager’s first time at Fripp Island, and Kathy was a wonderful and responsive host! From the initial booking, to the days leading up to our stay, during the stay, and after, Kathy responded to all my questions and needs. The house itself is charming, with some really unique and interesting wall hangings, books, and knick knacks. The bed linens had fun decor, and the beds super comfy. The kitchen was fully stocked with very nice dishes, pots and pans, drinking glasses, utensils, storage containers, cooking utensils, the list goes on. The home is in a lovely, quiet, and shaded section by the marshes, and has a very nice, private pool for that community. The 4 bicycles that came with the house were a fun addition, as it’s great to cruise around the island on a bicycle. Everything about our stay was amazing, and Kathy is truly an excellent and gracious host! Thank you!

Overall cleanliness of in side house was good. Both porches had not been cleaned in months, with rusted furniture on back porch. Underneath house had not been cleaned either. 3 garbage cans completely full, 2 had been there a long time. When garbage service came only one was emptied, had to call to get that done!

This house was great! Typical Deer Lake floor plan. Bedding arrangements would be great for bigger groups and provide flexibility. Great location for wildlife viewing. Reasonable location for access to different parts of Fripp. Great to have an outdoor shower and bathroom! Wish it had come with a golf cart but it's not hard to go get one.

Tried to sneak your dog in and when we found out, we asked you to pay the pet fee which you didn’t plus we gave you an early check in and you give us a 3 star review. SMH.
