Amazing location, great views. Quiet neighborhood. Quick walk to beach. We went for a girls vacation- there are a LOT of stairs so something to keep in mind but helped us get our steps in! Not much street parking so garage was a huge plus!

Beautiful and great location

We had a wonderful time here and felt right at home. There is everything you could possible want in a vacation rental. Very clean and beautifully decorated. We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location

We enjoyed our time at your home. Great location and enjoyed walking to the beach- clean as pictured. Beds were very comfortable- no complaints with our group!

Great way to start the new year!

We stayed here in early January and had an incredible time! Great location, beautiful cozy beach home with great rooftop views of the ocean. We are already planning our next trip!

Stunning property very near the beach--great location. AC vents were dripping water upon arrival, but staff responded quickly and fixed the problem by end of next day. House is bright and airy--perfect for my husband and our four young adult daughters to have a relaxing week away. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great stay with adult kids

Had a great stay in La Jolla. We enjoyed the neighborhood and proximity to the ocean. Took many lovely morning walks in the area. Found the location proximate to downtown and the northern beach communities. Home was clean, spacious and rooftop deck was a bonus!

Fantastic beach property

The home was perfect for our family holiday trip. Layout, amenities and decor were superb. Location near the beach was lovely and we enjoyed the rooftop sunsets each night. Great VRBO home. 5 stars.

Sister trip

Well appointed, great location, easy communication. Rooftop deck view was outstanding. Deck was dirty but I suspect that can't be avoided.

Just as advertised!

This house was perfect for my family's vacation. We had grandparents joining our family of 5 and this house was just perfect for us. We used the beach chairs and it was great that a cooler was also provided to take to the beach. In addition, there were plenty of towels to for all of us. The roof deck was beautiful and provided us an amazing view of the sunset each night.The kitchen was fully equipped with everything that we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent stay in every way - service, amenities, cleanliness, modern decor & appliances & furnishings. Only issue was regulation of heat. HVAC system is not standard so needs an instruction manual. Bravo on all else.

This property is AMAZING!!!!! Spacious, very clean, well appointed and super close to the beach!!! Only a 1 minute walk to sit on the sand! Gorgeous views from the roof top seating area! Beautiful kitchen, tons of seating for easy meals at home. Such great spaces everywhere in the home for the whole family! Property Manager was super responsive and so wonderful to work with! We cannot wait to book another visit. Do yourself a favor and book your stay, TODAY!!!

Loved the place and location

The place was clean and fully stocked. The location was perfect! …. Our only complaint was the construction and noise from the street behind the house. I know the owner has no control of that! I guess our timing just wasn’tthe best but the place and location were amazing!! We would definitely visit again 😃

Excellent stay and customer service from 710!

We did a lot of research before selecting 710 Vacation Rentals and our homework really paid off. The house was amazing. Everything promised in the listing plus more! Amy and the team at 710 were highly attentive to any questions and issues. I can't imagine renting a home in San Diego from any other company going forward. We'll be back soon!

Amazing Rental

Such a beautiful home! We really loved the beautiful ocean views from the 2nd floor and the rooftop deck was amazing. This is our second time renting a 710 Vacation Rental and as always their properties are impeccable and have everything we could want in a home away from home. Their communication from the moment we booked till the morning we checked out was fantastic. 710 provided all the information we needed without having to ask tons of questions and when we did have specific questions they were all so friendly and helpful. We can't wait to come back!

WindanSeaBeach290 was a great vacation rental. The location was perfect, only steps from the wonderful WindanSea Beach. A highlight was the rooftop patio with a gas fire-pit and plenty of comfy seating. A wonderful place to great the morning or watch the sunset. The home was well laid out and well equipped, great for our extended family of 3 adult couples. The bedrooms were roomy all with their own ensuite bathroom. Dining for our group was easily accommodated at the dinning room table seating 6 with lots of seating in the family/living room as well (complete with a very large screen TV). Overall a wonderful place that we recommend for anyone who enjoys La Jolla and the surrounding areas.
