The Space:

Hi, I’m Andre! I was born and raised in Bucerías, and my family’s roots here go back three generations. This neighborhood is especially close to my heart, and I’m happy to share a little piece of it with you. Our cozy 1-bedroom condo puts you right in the Golden Zone, just 99 steps from the beach and surrounded by many of the local places my family and I have enjoyed for years.



Inside, you’ll find a comfortable queen bed, fast Wi-Fi, filtered drinking water, an in-room safe, and a fully equipped kitchen with a blender, microwave, toaster, and kettle. Step outside onto your private northwest-facing balcony for morning coffee, people-watching, a partial ocean view, or a relaxed drink as the day winds down. The bedroom has A/C for comfortable nights, and weekly housekeeping is included for stays of 10 nights or longer.



One of my favorite things about this location is how connected it is to both my family and the neighborhood. Next door, my aunt runs La Cocina de Jorge, a great spot for a traditional, affordable breakfast, while another aunt runs Tacos Lindas in the evenings. And with the beach, cafés, restaurants, shops, and downtown Bucerías all nearby, you can experience the town much the way we do—on foot, close to the water, and surrounded by local favorites.



Guest Access:

The condo is private for your stay, including the bedroom, living area, kitchen, bathroom, and private balcony with a partial ocean view.



You’ll have access to fast Wi-Fi, filtered drinking water, an in-room safe, a fully equipped kitchen, and A/C in the bedroom.



Street parking is available nearby, and a taxi stand is located about half a block away. The beach, cafés, restaurants, convenience stores, and shops are all within a short walk.



Please note that the condo is located up one flight of stairs and there is no elevator.



The Neighborhood:

Welcome to Bucerías’ Golden Zone—a lively, walkable neighborhood filled with local restaurants, cafés, boutiques, galleries, and beach-town character. Best of all, the sand is just 99 steps from your door, making morning walks, swims, paddleboarding, and sunset strolls part of everyday life here.



The neighborhood has a special local connection: nearby you’ll find family-run favorites including La Cocina de Jorge for traditional breakfast and Tacos Lindas for tacos in the evening. Coffee, convenience stores, the local market, downtown Bucerías, and plenty of dining options are also within walking distance.



This is an active part of town where guests can spend the day exploring and still come home without needing a car—a big reason past guests repeatedly praise the location.



Getting Around:

This is a great location for exploring Bucerías on foot. The beach, restaurants, cafés, convenience stores, pharmacies, local markets, gyms, and downtown are all within walking distance.



For beach activities, paddleboard rentals and seasonal kite surfing are available nearby. Kite surfing conditions are typically best during the windier months.



For trips farther around Banderas Bay, taxis and ride services such as InDrive are readily available. Puerto Vallarta International Airport is approximately 25 minutes away by car, depending on traffic.



Street parking is available nearby if you’re traveling with a vehicle.



Other Things to Note:

• The condo is in the heart of Bucerías’ lively Golden Zone. The central location makes it easy to walk almost everywhere, but you may hear normal street, restaurant, traffic, or neighborhood activity, particularly with the windows open.

• A/C is located in the bedroom. The living area does not have a separate A/C unit.

• The condo is up one flight of stairs, and there is no elevator.

• Weekly housekeeping is included with reservations of 10 nights or longer.

• Filtered drinking water is provided.



Construction Notice: Please note that there is ongoing construction near the property. Some construction noise may be heard during daytime working hours. The work is outside of our control, but we want to make sure guests are aware before booking.



PET-FRIENDLY STAYS: Small pets may be accepted with prior approval. Please message us before confirming your reservation if you plan to bring a pet. Pets must weigh less than 20 kg, be fully trained, and may not be left unattended unless safely secured in a carrier or crate. An additional cleaning fee applies.
