The house was clean and the kitchen had all the items you need. The house was well airconditioned and supported by many fans so you can stay nice and cool. Half way our stay the house was nicely cleaned and the sheets and towels were washed. The house is near the “village” (walkable distance) but golf cart highly recommended. Also manyrestaurants and shops also nearby.Great place for families with kids.

Thank you for the great 5-star review! Courtyard is a group of 10 independent villas in a gated community located across the street from the beach in Langosta. Villa 6 is a beautiful 3 BDR, 3.5 BTHR villa, nicely decorated and fully equipped. It has a full kitchen, a/c in every room, cable tv, internet, a washer and dryer, and a private pool. It sleeps 8 guests comfortably. Ideal for families with kids or groups of friends. Free parking at the property. Tamarindo town is a short 5-minute drive from the property.

A safe, secure, and beautiful place

This is a great place! There is plenty of room for family and friends. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom. The private pool is excellent and a bonus. The courtyard design of the property is warm and inviting, giving a safe feeling.

Thank you for the 5-star review, Ryna. It was great to host you at the Courtyard villa 6 a very nice, comfortable and welcoming 3 BDR and 3.5 BTHR villa. It is perfect for families and friends. It comes nicely furnished and fully equipped for 6. It has its private pool. Located in Playa Langosta, the villa is part of a gated community, very calm and secure, and located right across the street from the beach. The Tamarindo town is only a mile form the property or a short 15 minute walk. Pura vida!

The villa is absolutely gorgeous and is in a very secure and peaceful gated courtyard setting. The pictures don’t even do it justice. It was spotless, has a full kitchen, washer/dryer, A/C works great and due to being 3 stories offered lots of privacy for our group of friends to each have our own space. Is within easy walking distance to the beach, though we didn’t do much swimming at Playa Langosta due to the rocks there, but watched a beautiful sunset. It’s only a few minutes to take an uber to Tamarindo for a more swimmable beach and lots of shops and restaurants. There is a pizza restaurant and small supermarket also within easy walking distance. It’s a beautiful peaceful area, away from the crowds at Tamarindo but close enough to get there quickly. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The Courtyard Villa was a perfect location for our family of five. We enjoyed the space and the air conditioning! The small pool in the back was icing on the cake after hours on the beach each day. The location is perfection…tucked away from the busy streets of Tamarindo with the quiet Playa Langosta just a five minute walk away. We rented a golf cart and that was a game changer! The villas are .5-1 miles from downtown Tamarindo so it is walkable, but the golf cart made it super easy to scoot all around the area. We loved the shopping, beach restaurants, and nightlife downtown Tamarindo. One of our favorite restaurants ended up being the little pizza spot right down the road on the way to the beach and we frequented the little supermarket close by for water, fresh croissants, and snacks. I can’t say enough about this little slice of paradise we stumbled upon.
