Perfect location for walking to all my favorite places in Bend. Great outdoor space for small girls getaway and cold plunge dips in the river.

Perfect location- comfy house!

Loved our stay at this house- very comfortable, clean and well stocked. The river is the highlight- spent lots of time floating- easy walk to 2 parks for put ins and take outs- and just relaxing by the water. Will definitely be back!

Riverside Cottage

Location Location

We had an amazing stay at the property and look forward to booking again next summer. Really couldn't ask for a better location to enjoy walking to downtown or old mill, and the fact that you could tube the whitewater park and float back to the house was amazing!!

Great location!

You can't beat this spot on the river! We loved hanging out and watching the tubes float by. It's also a nice walk into town. The best of both worlds!

perfect cottage and location!

Amazing location in bend enabled us to walk or bike everywhere. Parked the car the entire time. Cottage was adorable and well kept and had everything we needed. Backyard on the river was quiet and a wonderful place to relax. Will definitely be back.

Superb

As we pack up to leave this gem of a vacation rental, we are saddened that our vacation is coming to an end. This home and location was perfect; well equipped, clean, comfortable, impressive location and views. We’ll be back for sure.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. It is in the perfect location and immaculately clean. The house is stocked as if you are visiting dear friends.. plenty of linens, dishes, and supplies you may need. We appreciated the snacks. The beds are very comfortable and the shower has great water pressure and plenty of hot water. We loved it here and look forward to returning.

All the details

Serene and exceptionally clean cottage with carefully chosen details and amenities a literal walk in the park from several good places to eat and interesting shops. A blue heron stood across the river as I sat on the porch sipping coffee from Bend Organic one morning. We'll want to stay here whenever we visit Bend.

Location,location, location

Great quiet location right on River, and walking distance to all that downtown Bend has to offer. Well stocked with kitchen items, bikes, paddle boards, tubes. Good communication. WiFi issues that have since been resolved.

River Paradise

We had an amazing time at the river cottage. We spent most days paddle boarding and tubing down the river, relaxing in the backyard, walking to parks and restaurants and enjoying summertime in Bend. The cottage was clean and had all of the amenities we needed. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and even left snacks and drinks. Being right on the river was absolutely wonderful. We can’t wait to be back!

We could have stayed longer!

The view and tranquil river was just what we needed. I thought 6 nights might be too much, but we really enjoyed our stay and could have stayed longer. The cottage was perfect for us and very comfortable. We even had the large Buck visit us. He is not shy of humans. The Host were great to work with too. Thank you!

Magical

We were stunned by the beauty of this location. The house is also very nice, with a great floor plan and quality details throughout (bedding, towels, kitchen supplies, etc.). You're also walking distance to the best bars and restaurants in town...and as other reviewers have said, when hanging out in the backyard, you feel as though you don't really need to go anywhere else! Thank you Lorlee and Thomas for an excellent experience.

Dreamiest Little River House

This is our second year back at the river house and it feels like we just left. Having the river at your backdoor is priceless. The house is small and adorable and has everything you could need. We hopped on paddle boards right off of the dock, paddled up and down the river every day, walked to the best restaurants and markets, cooked in the kitchen, lounged on the deck and had the best time. We will be back again soon!

We enjoyed a magical 9 days while staying at this cottage on the river. It was even more amazing than we had hoped and it was hard to leave. Our hosts were responsive, thoughtful, and there were sweet hospitality touches throughout. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was stocked well, which made it easy to eat in for some meals. We’ll be back!

Pleased as Punch!!

First off, the location is Ideal!! Very great walking distance to many places. The property is right on the Deschutes River. You walk right out your door and cross the lawn and there it is! Many other homes we noticed you had to go down a flight flight of stairs in their backyard to get to the water. They had bikes available, but you need to let them know in advance so they can make sure the tires are pumped up. That house is fully stocked as if someone lives there, which is wonderful! We will be back!!!

Great summer mini vacation
