The property was a great price in a great location. The ability to keep my boat in one of the property's boat slips as well appreciated amenity. I will echo some of the other comments that state the property's boat launch is almost unusable. You might be able to launch a jet ski, but not a good sized boat. We had some issues with the gate code initially, but the property manager took care of it quickly. I would definitely stay at this property again.

My family and I really enjoyed staying here. We were able to bring our boat, launch here, and tie our boat up. We were also able to park our boat and trailer on premises. Just note that it’s first come first serve, as well as the boast slip parking. I think there were around 12 slips. We never had trouble getting a spot and we were down for Blue Angels, so super busy. Make sure you tie up super well as the boats definitely bounce around from the wake. The condo itself was super clean and comfortable. Location is excellent. We would definitely stay here again. :)

The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. The amenities (towels, supplies, etc) were quite basic. The location was convenient to water access and restaurants. This property is managed by a company, and their response to questions was timely.

Winter visit

This unit was very clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Pool area nice even though to cool to use pool and new dock was very nice. Quiet and safe. Friendly neighbors. I would definitely stay here again.

Bayview 81

Every thing was excellent except,not enough parking. The boat slips need to be numbered,and they need rope cleats on the boat slips to tie your boat to. Other than that it was a wounderful place.

Took my boat and provided the insurance card as well as registration but it did not have the limits on it so was not provided the gate code luckily a owner was around and let me use the boat ramp but had stayed there previously and had no problems getting the code to the boat ramp other than that a pretty nice place to stay

Convenient

It was nice to leave the boat in the slip. There were some issues but they were resolved during our stay. Boaters be ware - the boat launch is poor. Nearly got stuck on the launch from excessive sand. I took it to the icw launch to pull it out.

Great location and a very nice condo community with just a few downsides

The condo looks as advertised. Clean and comfy, right on the bay. Gated community. Excellent location. Easy access to the good stuff in Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, just a few minutes to the Beach express up to Foley. Coffee pot in kitchen could not be used, owners immediately delivered another one. The reason I took a star off and made it a 4 and not a 5 is two things. Based on my experience staying there for a full month. First, this is a bottom floor condo (I was aware of that) but the occupant on the floor above stomps around a lot and its very loud - and it can get very annoying. stomp stomp stomp. stomp stomp stomp. The person has heavy steps that are loud and seems at times to be doing laps upstairs. Very annoying at 6AM or 11:30 PM if you are trying to sleep. Pushing some kind of chairs around, sounds like nails on a chalkboard down below. Its not constant but when its happening for an extended period, its super annoying. If that kind of things bothers you, just be aware. Not the owners fault they can't control it. The second thing was roaches in the bathroom and the kitchen. Its a common problem down south, but still its gross. Aside from those two aspects I enjoyed the comfort and the location, and I feel the owners pics and description were accurate.

We had a great stay! Perfect location and had everything we needed. It was so nice to have the boat slip included and parking the boat trailer under the carport, where as usually its a hassle to get boat in water, get trailer to another lot, etc. We will definitely keep this place on our list for Orange Beach visits with the boat.
