Beautiful property! Well maintained, beautiful decor. The amenities were great, kitchen is well stocked, beach chairs, and beach wagon were much appreciated. The outdoor patio is great for relaxing. This was a great property for our family of six adults to relax and make wonderful memories together. Location is excellent… walked to the beach and to salt life restaurant, easy access to Fort Clinch and beautiful historic downtown. We would not hesitate to come back again! Working with the management was easy and communication was great.

I am very happy that I booked this house out of all the choices that I had. It was everything and more. If you are thinking about booking this house, you should. The only downfall was that I should have booked more nights. :)

My family had a wonderful stay! The house and property were beautiful. There was plenty of space for our group of seven. The property was just a short walk to the beach and the provided wagon made it a breeze to get all our belongings to the beach! The host was kind, thoughtful, and professional making this one of best vacation experiences.

The home was beautiful and immaculate. Wonderful and unique amenities, comfortable beds, fun design choices, easy parking and perfect location to beach and downtown. Communication and instructions from rental agency were clear and detailed. Our family of four was very happy with our stay and would highly recommend this gorgeous home!

Kitchen was better equipped than my home!It felt brand new like we were the very first occupants.They thought of everything! The toilets were a pleasant surprise! Never saw anything like them!

This was a beautiful unit, immaculately maintained. We had a great time and discussed coming back to this same rental yearly. We loved it! It’s great for kids and very short walk across to the beach. Has everything you need, including beach towels and chairs. Very helpful and friendly staff at Amelia Island Getaways. My husband lost his wallet with cash and it was returned by the housekeepers and we received a call from the office that they’ll get it returned to us. Great place, great people!

Beautiful home! Immaculately clean and completely remodeled. Cozy couches and beds! Large dining table inside and picnic table outside were great for a large family. We traveled with 5 children and there was enough space for all. The young ones loved the bunk bed room with tvs and it was full of games and toys! One of the main reasons we chose this condo, besides location and space, was all of the Beach equipment that was provided. We were pleasantly surprised to get here and find a plethora of beach chairs, umbrellas, tents, a beach wagon, a cooler and lots of beach toys! Nine giant beach towels included too. We cook a lot on vacation and had enough supplies for all of our needs. The outdoor shower was so nice for cleaning up after the beach and was one of our favorite parts of the house! It is about two blocks from the beach… A quick five minute walk and we loved every minute of it. Very sleepy town with lots to do and a gorgeous beachfront. Was not crowded any of our stay. The only thing we could think of that it needs is a water filter on the fridge (or just a filter pitcher in the fridge) and an ice maker. House stays super cool and smart TVs and smart toilets throughout (which kept the kids in stitches). Ha! Definitely recommend and hope to be back! We love Amelia Island!

Great stay

The home was in a great location - very short walk to the beach and restaurants and anything you may need. Home was clean and communication with property managers was wonderful. Would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Spring break family trip

We really enjoyed staying at this property for spring break. The house has been remodeled very beautifully and is very comfortable and cozy. The beds were very comfortable which is a plus and the house has everything you need for cooking and also grilling outside. I will definitely rent this property again in the future.

Lovely Beach Home

This home was beautifully decorated and very clean! Super kid friendly and just a short walk to the beach. We will definitely be staying here again when we visit our Navy Submariner children stationed at Kings Bay!

Great Family Getaway

We came to spend a long weekend at our favorite beach (winter or summer!). This is a lovely home that is a short walk to the beach with plenty of room for the family to gather for meals. Everyone had a great time!

Amazing beach home

The check in process was super easy. The home was extremely clean and had everything we needed. Parking was a little confusing on if we had to be on the gravel or if it was just an option. Property management was amazing and helpful.

Perfect Mom weekend getaway

This was the best weekend for a few moms to just getaway for a few days and relax. House was very clean and perfect for the four of us. Location couldn't have been better. We could walk to the beach and it was a short drive to downtown where we enjoyed shopping and dining.

From the time we stepped in the front door until we left 3 days later, the property exceeded our expectations. Spotless,well equipped,great quiet location, close to the beach, minutes to down town and updated with the latest technology. Kudos to the owner and management.

Kid friendly

The bunk room was perfect for the kids. They each had their own tv and there were several toys and games in the house as well! We all loved the back porch swings and being walking distance to the beach. Would stay here again!
