The Backyard
Your private backyard is the centerpiece of the stay. Dine under the covered patio with string lights and a ceiling fan as the Arizona sun sets. Take a dip in the round waterfall pool (naturally warm during summer season; optional heating available as a $50/day add-on), unwind on a lounge chair under the umbrella, or challenge your group to a round on the putting green. The fully fenced yard is quiet, private, and designed for relaxation. Not a resort crowd, just yours.

The Home
Inside, the open living space is bright and airy with natural light throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, a large island for casual meals, and a dining table for the whole group. Every bedroom has its own smart TV, and the master suite features a private en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in tile shower. A second full bathroom serves the remaining bedrooms. High-speed WiFi is available throughout the home for those working remotely or staying longer.

Perfect For
This home is a natural fit for couples looking for a quiet desert escape, small friend groups wanting a private retreat, business travelers attending conferences at the JW Marriott, and guests in the area for medical appointments at Mayo Clinic. Extended stays are welcome. The home is equipped with everything you need to feel comfortable.

Important Information
- Pool heating: The pool is naturally warm during the summer season. Optional heating is available during cooler months as an add-on at $50/day.
- Security: For your safety and to enforce house rules, the property is equipped with exterior security cameras and an indoor noise monitoring device. The noise monitor does not record audio; it only measures decibel levels.
- Single-Level Home: The entire home is on a single level, with no interior stairs, making it easily accessible
- Local Guide: We include a guide with our favorite local recommendations for dining, shopping, and activities to help you experience the best of the area.

House Rules
To ensure a wonderful stay for you and to respect our community, we ask that you observe the following rules:
- No parties or events are permitted.
- Please be mindful of noise, especially at night. Our home is in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. A $500 fine will be applied if noise complaints are received.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. A $1000 fine will be assessed for violations. You may smoke responsibly on the outdoor patio.

best Desert Ridge Vacay home

This is a cozy, luxurious and relaxing home to stay at. The host are amazing as well.

Home away from home

TheThis immaculate home was a pefect place tonstay. There is shopping, restaurants, a beautiful walking path close by and the house was sparjling clean and decorated beautifully. I highly recommend choosing this home

The property definitely looked nicer in the photos than it actually was. When we arrived the toilet in the master bath was dirty as well as the stove top and several other areas. It was late when we got there so we just dealt with it, but would not stay at this particular property again.

Quick getaway for soccer showcase

The beds were comfortable and the pool was like a big hot tub at night which was great when it was cold. My husband and dad enjoyed the put put. The backyard had great sun exposure most of the day. We loved the proximity to restaurants(walkable) and the Reach 11 sports complex (8 minutes) where our son had his games. Also the holiday decorations in the area were beautiful. Would defiantly stay again.

Excellent Stay

My wife and I had a great stay at Naser and Dania's property. The location was perfect--close to the family members we'd come to visit, within easy reach of restaurants and shopping, with ready access to major thoroughfares and highways. The condo itself was just as depicted: all furnishings and appliances were up to date and in excellent condition, and the pool/patio area was quiet and relaxing. Naser was helpful and extremely prompt in communicating with us from the time of reservation until the day we left. We've already recommended the property to others and hope to revisit it ourselves.

Fun quick Easter break

Property meet our needs. The pool was most loved by granddaughter! Appreciated that we could raise the pool temp since the weather had turned cool. Not much for ‘floaties’; might want to keep that in mind if you have kids.Plenty of shopping and restaurants in the area. There is a fire station across the street, but not an issue.We would utilize this rental again.
