There were only a couple of things that I wish could have been better. If there were a bottom and top sheet for the pullout mattress, and one extra set of towels (there were only 3 sets). The condo was very clean, and exactly as described. Nice location, beautiful view.

Overall our stay was excellent. We may have missed this piece of information but all of the TV has to be done through streaming services. Netflix was available which was great but there no free option for live TV.

Excellent view from the balcony. The room was very clean, and the unit had everything we needed. The water stopped working briefly, but it was fixed immediately after we reported it to the front desk.We would highly recommend staying here and will definitely visit again—likely requesting the same room if a one-bedroom is what we are looking for.

Nice Condo and Good resort

We had a nice stay at the property. We did have an issue with a/c not working. But property called in a technician and we eventually got the condo cooled down. We would stay again.

Condo was clean. Basic items were present for cooking, cleaning and use of the condo.Furniture was clean and appropriate. View was wonderful. There were some games and movies in the condo making it feel very welcoming. The one downside was very poor water pressure. It is likely because the condo was on the top floor. This made showers with long hair very difficult to wash. Overall a great experience and we would stay in this condo again!

The location was excellent! This condo is smack in the middle of the condominium layout. The view of the ocean and everything surrounding it was beautiful. Although we did not spend a whole lot of time in the condo, the time we did spend was spent on the balcony. The condo is clean and has all the basic necessities. There is a small store on the first floor in case you need snacks, coffee, personal items etc. This was our first trip to Puerto Peñasco and we enjoyed the stay immensely.

Great location!

The property is beautiful and well kept, but we had several problems during our stay, and we were not able to reach maintenance at all!First, the sink in the bathroom was completely clogged with nasty hair, so the water wouldn’t go down. I had to brush my teeth and wash my face in the kitchen sink. Also, the water pressure went to a drip on 2 occasions. It literally dripped out of the faucet, once while washing dishes and again while taking a shower. We just had to waitThe worst was that the refrigerator took 24 hours to cool down, so we lost all the food that we purchased for the weekend. Other than that, the place was beautiful!

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad you found the property beautiful and well kept, but we sincerely apologize for the maintenance issues you encountered during your stay. We’re very sorry to hear about the clogged sink, low water pressure, and refrigerator problems, as well as the difficulty reaching maintenance. This is certainly not the experience we want for our guests. We will be addressing these concerns immediately to prevent them from happening in the future. We appreciate your patience and understanding, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much better stay next time. Best regards,

The unit was very clean and the views incredible. The unit had everything you needed. The food and service at Cielito Lindo was 5*, relaxing live music to start your day with an amazing sinful coffee. Strolling the beach hunting for that perfect shell. Heading east we found, Max's! The Nachos and Pizza were fabulous. Across from there is the Casino. The Ocean Blue Spa is a must visit, heavenly.
