Ideal for family gatherings or large groups because it has ~7,567 sqft and 8 bedrooms including 5 spacious suites, a furnished deck, hot tub, firepit, large yard, and sandy beach. Indoors, entertainment abounds with pool table, ping pong, foosball, and a theater. Outside, enjoy easy access to swimming, boating, kayaking, fishing, and more!



Guest Access:

You have full access to our entire house, and property. Please let us know if you plan to rent a Pontoon Boat so we can refer you to our premier partner (DV Rentals LKA)! We have a boat ramp and pier that you can use during your stay.

4WD/Traction May Be Required In Winter

**Additional Information:**

- All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.

- Quiet Hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.

- Free Parking for up to 14 Vehicles. (No Parking or Driving on Grass)

- No Events Allowed without specific prior approval.

- No Pets Allowed without specific prior approval.



**Guest Requirements:**

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.



Important: Before check-in, the primary guest must complete our Guest Verification process. This helps us comply with short-term rental regulations and provides added protection for guests and the property.

After booking, you will receive a secure link to complete verification. Please complete it prior to arrival to ensure a smooth, quick check-in.

Damage protection is required for every reservation, regardless of where you booked. During verification, you will choose one of the following options:

 - $45 per night non-refundable damage waiver (recommended): no security hold and a simpler, faster process.

 - $3,000 refundable security deposit: requires a hold on a card and may take several business days to release after check-out, subject to any damage charges.

We use Yale keyless entry smart door locks and give you space but are available if you have any questions or need anything.
