Happy to hear you enjoyed Topsider Condos and we agree the views are amazing. The two resort pools stay open from Memorial Day weekend thru the end of September. Even after the pools close, Topsider is centrally located in Osage Beach and close to many shops, indoor/outdoor activites, Main Street Music Hall where entertainers and magicians perform for the whole family, indoor water parks open year around, as well as many restuarants. Come back and visit again in the fall, winter, or spring.

exceptional property; exceptional host

The property is as advertised; high end with superb finishes throughout. The host is even better! Any questions or issues we had were quickly handled and were minor but still handled quickly and without fanfare. We will definitely stay here again.

Pleased to hear your Ladies Weekend was a success despite the rain, and your group enjoyed the top-floor Penthouse 511 with the spectacular views. Topsider Condos are centrally located in the heart of Osage Beach. There is always so much to do, such as shopping at the boutiques, restaurants, and wineries in the fall. Come back and see us anytime!

Amazing Condo, Location, & Host!

Kim saved our vacation! We initially booked a 10-day stay at another property and, after a disappointing experience, found ourselves looking for somewhere else to stay just a couple of days into our trip. We came across Kim’s listing and reached out to see if we could view the condo before changing our plans. Kim was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and so easy to work with. We loved the condo from the moment we walked in and really enjoyed getting the chance to meet Kim as well! The condo was exceptionally clean and looked just like the photos. We loved the beautiful view from the 5th floor and enjoyed all of the amenities Topsider has to offer, especially the pools. The location is fantastic—both by land and by water—which made it perfect for our Lake of the Ozarks vacation. We are SO glad we made the decision to stay here. What started as a stressful situation ended up being such a great experience thanks to Kim and this wonderful condo. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

A Great Lake Stay

We had a great time staying at this beautiful condo at Lake of the Ozarks. The space was amazing, the view of the lake breathtaking, and we couldn’t have asked for anything better! The pool area is resort quality, and when we rented a boat we were able to use the slip at the docks on property. You won’t want for anything if you select this property for your stay!

Lake weekend

Place was clean, kitchen had everything we wanted. Beds were VERY comfortable. Only problem was door lock battery was low and we were locked out several times causing disruption to our group and costing my daughter 25 minutes of angst at midnight trying to get ahold of me. Was locked out again next day and properly manager did fix it quickly (battery issue). Things like this happen but it was inconvenient nonetheless. However, property is great, parking is easy, enjoyed the pools and common area to serve large group. Would recommend!

Loved the property!, It was an extremely clean unit, very well furnished kitchen, beds were very comfortable, close to elevator, and complex was very nice with a great lake view and two pretty pools. The only thing we did not like about the unit was it had no dresser in any of the 3 bedrooms which made storage of some items once we unpacked inconvenient. Kim, the property manager, was wonderful to work with and was very quick to respond to any questions or items that needed attention and went above and beyond to get the stove fixed for us in a very timely manner.

It was lovely to work for you and your group during your week-long stay at Topsider. We take pride in having our properties extremely clean and a well stocked kitchen for all your home cooked meals while on vacation. I am glad we were able to service the stove-range during your stay for you. Thank you for the feedback on adding a dresser to the bedrooms. We understand not everyone likes to use the storage chests or the nightstand drawers, and you will be happy to know we have added a luggage rack to each closet to prop your suitcases open. We look forward to you and your group returning again in the future to Topsider.
