The Space:

The kitchen is both stylish and functional, with dark countertops, white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and counter seating for four—perfect for casual breakfasts or evening snacks. Just beyond, the dining table for six creates a comfortable spot for shared meals, games, or planning the next day’s adventures.



The living room features a wraparound couch, two armchairs, a smart TV, and an electric fireplace—ideal for movie nights or winding down after a full lake day. Large sliding doors draw in natural light and lead directly to the balcony, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living. Outside, the private balcony is a true highlight, offering waterfront views, comfortable seating, and a dining table for al fresco meals. It’s the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee, watch boats pass by, or relax as the sun sets over the lake.



With its central location, community amenities, and inviting spaces made for families and groups, Family Tides delivers an easygoing Lake of the Ozarks getaway where memories are made both on and off the water.



This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #3 includes a set of twin-over-full bunk beds, a twin size bed, a cable TV, and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower, also accessible via the hallway.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking for 2 vehicles available.

o Please park only in designated spaces for this condo complex.

o No trailer parking is permitted at this location.

o Do not park in areas belonging to nearby complexes, posted tow-away zones, or block dumpsters, drive lanes, or fire lanes.

o Vehicles parked in violation are subject to towing at the vehicle owner’s expense.

o Step-free access.

o Elevators: Between buildings 1 and 2 and buildings 4 and 5 with covered walkways that connect all buildings.

o All HOA managed amenities are monitored by the HOA through video surveillance.

o Guests have access to the HOA amenities; however, please note that these facilities are managed and maintained by the HOA, not by us. While we do our best to keep you informed, we cannot guarantee the availability or condition of these amenities, as maintenance, repairs, or temporary closures may occur without prior notice. Outdoor pools are seasonal and may be closed based on the time of year.
