Kitchen bost beautiful granite countertops with all the amenities a chef would need. this three bedroom home has plenty of room with bedrooms and bathrooms on two levels, two living rooms and an optional sleeper sofa. this home has a refrigerator freezer on each level to store all your food and beverages or you can eat at some of the finest dining areas on the lake like Jolly Rogers and coconuts are nearby.

Our trip was fantastic! Communication was so easy and we really wanted for nothing while we were here! Our group had a wonderful time hanging out on the dock and the deck, catching up. Thanks for a great place to have our yearly trip!

Great price for a great weekend stay! Pretty quiet area. Get to watch lots of activity out on the water but not too overwhelming like the main channel. House was clean and stocked w a lot of essentials. Helpful to have a washer/dryer esp with lots of water clothes and towels. Communication was effective. I didn’t need much during my stay but I feel like if I would’ve I would have gotten a quick response!

The property was very clean and in a quiet, calm location. It is a little difficult getting to the property due to rough and narrow roads. Our van ended up getting stuck and required a tow for extraction. But the owners were easy to contact and very kind.

I'm very sorry you got stuck and required a tow, this is the first I am hearing of this. I know you were driving a large 15 passenger van but we have never encountered anyone getting stuck or needing a tow. Can you please tell me your location that this occurred at and if it is something in our control we will certainly address the situation. The home itself satisfied all of our needs. The communication with the owner was excellent, they responded very quickly to any questions we had. The only negatives we had were the road getting to the house can definitely use some work and the parking is not great. The AC in the house worked extremely well and the boat dock was nice. We stayed at a time there had been a lot of storms so we weren’t able to swim off the dock due to debris in the water, but that was a common theme for all of the docks in the area. Overall pleased with our stay.

Stayed at a lot of places at the lake before, this one by far was the best, the owner makes you feel right at home and truly wants you to have a good time.

We had an excellent stay with Brian and Jackie. There was excellent communication with Brian before the stay and that continued during the stay. The main level living room was very comfortable. The main level bed has a comfortable mattress topper that we loved. The kitchen is well stocked so far as pots and pans and dishes. We were pleasantly surprised to find some condiments and spices left behind by other guests for our use. The downstairs has two additional queen bedrooms and second living room with a chair and a pull out couch. There is also a washer and dryer and downstairs refrigerator, too. The furniture on the decks is comfortable. As noted before, there are a lot of stairs down to the dock, but not a terrible amount. We were plesantly surprised to find loads of pool noodles and some floating loungers for use while swimming. The lake is deep off the dock, which is a plus for me. The house is located in an area where you do get to see some boats and jet skis go by, but there is not a crazy amount of waves for swimmers. There are chairs, a refrigerator, and tiki bar on the dock as well. The one parking spot is steep, but I managed it with my huge SUV. Brian helped us with where to park our second vehicle. This is a wooded lake area, so bugs are to be expected. But we were not bothered by any during the day at all. They were a bit thick at night, but that is beyond the owner's control. All in all, we had a great time and were lucky to find this place!

We were very pleased with the house. It was homey and was even nicer than it looked in the photos. The view was beautiful and it was so nice to sit out on deck and visit. We would stay there again.

We had a fantastic stay and this was easily the cleanest place we’ve rented—by far the best of all the places we’ve stayed at the lake. It was perfect for our family of adults with plenty of space and a great setup. The home had all the cookware, utensils, and essentials we needed, which made meals and relaxing together easy.The location was ideal if you’re looking for a quieter part of the lake. The views from every deck were absolutely incredible and quickly became one of our favorite parts of the stay.The owner was extremely responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. They also recommended a boat rental company that ended up being perfect—affordable and exactly what we were looking for.A couple things worth noting: there are quite a few steps down to the dock, but we looked at it as getting a little extra workout in while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. Also, there is only parking directly at the house for one vehicle. Additional parking is available but requires a very short walk, so just something to keep in mind if traveling with multiple cars.Overall, we would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The hosts were great and the house was super cute! Parking was limited so I wouldn’t recommend bring more than 2 cars, but otherwise everything was great!

The lake house was lovely. Brian was in daily communication and responded immediately when contacted. Home is stocked well with pans, dishes, just like home. Someone had even left behind a bottle of wine for us. The weather was cool so we didn’t get to enjoy the lake for swimming, but we spent evenings on the deck watching and identifying the beautiful birds. We were visiting a friend nearby who had been seriously ill for months. The only negative on our stay was the smell from the plug ins. We had opened doors and windows when we arrived the day prior, but our friend still became very ill from the odor and we had to leave right after breakfast. She recovered as the day went on, but unfortunately we couldn’t bring her back for her birthday dinner. FYI In the Barnett and Eldon country areas there are Mennonite stores. They sell the Best Brooms ever! Only broom I’ve ever had that picks up fine dust so well. I brought home 4 this time for gifts. We would definitely stay here again! We just have to cook the meals and take the food to our friend’s house to eat.

The property was well stocked with kitchen needs and linens as advertised. They communicated when we had questions and checked in to make sure everything was going well. The fridge on the dock was wonderful addition to the experience.

My family and I loved staying at your rental. Everything was perfect except for all the cameras that made us feel ickey. The cob webs were a lot for me as well. Maybe talk to cleaners. Outside that we loved the place

The cameras that are mentioned are all on the exterior of the property, unfortunately it's the world we live in today plus the fact that the vacation rental is in a secluded area with no occupied houses around it. The cameras are Disclosed ahead of time in item number eight of the check-in instructions. There are no cameras on the interior of the house. Spiders and cobwebs are a never-ending battle on lakefront properties, our cleaning crew addresses this each and every time that they are there please refer to our ratings and our reviews to see that cleanliness and tidiness are often mentioned in our four and five star reviews. potential guest should also note that in our reviews security cameras are mentioned nowhere.

Fourth of July vacation

When we arrived our host was very polite and friendly and unlocked the door so we could get in a little early. This was much appreciated because it was a hot July day. Upon entering we were pleased that the house was tidy, cool, and that the view of the lake was awesome. The host definitely had the house well stocked and comfortable for us to enjoy our time there. We will definitely be booking with Brian again.
