Thanks for your feedback. We are glad that you enjoyed your time at the beach. I am not sure why you didn't like check-in on the 2nd floor? That is where our office is located, unfortunately. We hold office hours 9 am to 8pm. There is also a 24-hour emergency line that you can call for any assistance after the desk closes. We hope you will visit with us again soon!
