Central location, within 3 minutes walking distance you can find convenience stores, pharmacies, restaurants, cafes, and an amazing boulevard full of palm trees and greenery.
Located on the 3rd floor, the apartment is accessible by elevator. The apartment is equipped with Wifi, electric window curtains, AC and heating, a fully equipped kitchen, fully equipped restrooms and shower rooms and has accessible balconies. Underground parking garage with automated gates available.

The apartment location gives it a special feel. It is located in a dynamic and modern part of Fes in which you don't need to take a car or transport to enjoy your day. Everything you might need is within walking distance. The inside of the apartment is spacious and gets plenty of sunshine and is complimented by a functional fireplace. You will be looking forward to go back and rest in at the end of the day!
