Beautiful & comfortable and I highly recommend this property for groups arriving in one vehicle. Parking is horrible if you have a second vehicle and/or a golf cart.

This was a really nice condo to stay in. Very clean and convenient. The only thing negative I could say is that parking is limited. Otherwise, we were very happy with our stay here.

There were stains on the carpet and towels smelled like vomit. Pictures were sent to the property owners shortly after checking in.The property owners did bring some clean towels, but we had a more difficult time get the carpets clean. The carpet was eventually cleaned, however, these are unacceptable conditions for anyone to check-in.

Thank you for your feedback. We take cleanliness concerns very seriously and acted immediately upon being notified. Our housekeeping team was sent to the property right away with additional towels. Upon inspection, they did not note any odor with the existing linens. There was a minor spot on the carpet, which was promptly addressed and cleaned during the visit. While we strive to have every home in excellent condition for arrival, we appreciate the opportunity to quickly resolve any concerns brought to our attention during the stay. -Life in Paradise Team

Great location and plenty of space for a family of five.

We had a great time! The communication was super easy and the condo beds were super comfy. The neighborhood is conveniently located near the beach, places to eat and a golf cart rental. Would absolutely recommend to stay there! We did have a difficult time connecting to the internet but other than that we had a wonderful visit to the cozy beach town or Port A.

Very nice beach condo

This is a very nice pet friendly beach condo. We had plenty of room for the 6 of us and our dog. The kids really enjoyed the on site pool. Be aware that a full size truck or SUV won’t fit I. The garage, but there is additional parking on site, so that wasn’t a problem. Would definitely stay here again.

It was a great place to stay with plenty of room. The communication with the property manger was impeccable and they responded right away. Only issue I had was the garage was not big enough to fit my Yukon. I did have outside parking in front with no problems.

Nice place close to the beach

This property was nice for a group of 8. It’s golf cart friendly and has all the amenities you need. The only problem we had was there is only 2 car parking which caused us some issues but the property was very clear on this so it wasn’t a surprise. But if you need a place with a bit more parking for a large group this wouldn’t be the place. The pool and hot tub are maybe 50 feet away. Both were clean and very rarely was it crowded. I would also mention this is a 3 story property so if you aren’t ok with stairs you should pass on this property. My group would definitely stay here again.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us! We're delighted to hear that your group of 8 enjoyed the property and found it equipped with all the essential amenities. It's great to know that the proximity of the clean pool and hot tub added to your comfort and relaxation. We acknowledge your feedback regarding the parking situation and the three-story layout. While we strive to provide clear information to our guests, your insights are invaluable for helping future visitors make informed decisions. We’re pleased that these aspects did not detract from your overall experience. Your positive comments about the golf cart-friendly environment and your willingness to stay with us again truly inspire us. We look forward to welcoming you and your group back for another memorable stay. Warm regards, Life in Paradise Team

Spring Break week

This place was within 2 blocks from the beach which was really convenient. We enjoyed the house and being so close to everything! The house could have been cleaner on arrival. You need to make sure to bring trash bags. They leave the bear minimum for your stay and we had zero trash bags. There are no extra amenities so Make sure to pack trash bags, some laundry pods, etc… Parking was a nightmare. You have one spot and it is VERY tight. We had to squeeze in and out of our car and it was amazing we didn’t hit anyone..:: they need to fix the parking situation. We enjoyed our stay here minus the stressors with the parking situation.

Nice hideaway close to the beach

This condo unit was clean and nicely organized. The close proximity to beach access was a huge plus. The community pool was perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach. Although the unit allows pets, there is no pet friendly area at the complex whch required us to walk our dogs to an empty lot near by to releive themselves. This unit also did not have a functional barbecue which sucks when our dinner menu relied on one. We used the cast iron skillet and managed to set off the smoke detectors. Also, there are no smart TVs in the living room or primary bedroom amd no Roku device. Have fun reading the book to figure out how to manage the 4 remotes for the unsmart TV. Beach accessories were mostly broken and were in a rubish pile in the garage.

A Pleasant Break

Property is good! Couldn’t give a 5 star because of some minor details. 1. Parking tight 2. Grandchild saw old clothes and Cheetos under the bed. I sent pictures. Cleaners didn’t do a good job. 3. Downstairs bathroom shower hard to control temp 4. Kitchen sink water pressure low 5. Garage beach toys disorganized. Tried to leave it better. Dining chair missing but found it broken in the garage. In general I’m satisfied but these things can make it better.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your valuable feedback and for highlighting both the positives and the areas where we can improve. We strive to offer our guests a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and your detailed review helps us in this mission. We are pleased to hear that you found the property to be generally good. However, we apologize for the issues you encountered. We understand the concern regarding parking. As stated in our listing, there is parking available for two vehicles—one in the driveway and one in the garage. We sincerely apologize for the oversight by our cleaning team regarding the old clothes and Cheetos found under the bed. We strive for the highest standards of cleanliness and will ensure this is addressed immediately. Could you please email us the pictures you mentioned? Unfortunately, we do not receive photos via text. We’ll have our maintenance team inspect the downstairs bathroom shower to ensure the temperature controls are easier to manage in the future. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We will also investigate the water pressure issue in the kitchen sink and make any necessary repairs to ensure it meets our standards. We appreciate your effort to organize the beach toys and apologize for the inconvenience caused by their disarray. We will work on better organizing these items for future guests. Thank you again for your feedback and for choosing to stay with us. Warm regards, Life in Paradise Team

Three floors of a great place

The second level, open living/kitchen concept was great as the primary hang out. Having older kiddos on the 3rd floor bedrooms gave them freedom and space away from the adults room on the bottom. Nicely decorated in a great location for ease of public beach access. Golf carts make getting into town accessible and easy. Only drawbacks are the hot water heater was not hot enough for dishes to be cleaned properly or for very comfortable showers. Some dishes prior to arrival were not the cleanest (due to the lack of hot water I’m sure.) Also the dryer took forever to dry the towels. The parking is also very tight for big cars. Please note that the Meridian community has no green space for pets to use facilities. This is no fault of the condo, but of the development. We had to cart our small pups to open green space, but we’re grateful they allowed our dogs there. All these are truly small drawbacks to a great space in a great location. Thanks for allowing us to stay. Until next time!!!
