This house is perfect for a large group. Loved that each bedroom has its own attached bathroom. The pool and game room were both great additions especially since we were there during rough weather. Proximity to the beach and shops/restaurants was a huge bonus for a large group. We walked around a lot even though the house came with a golf cart and bikes. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice property. Plenty of parking. Communication with property management was easy and efficient. Our group of 17 thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This place has an excellent location. Parking was easy for 4 cars. The amenities were very nice. We had an issue with the internet and it was fixed promptly. Had the hinge on a shower door break leaving that shower unusable. On a holiday weekend there wasn’t much that could be done but the person staying there had to shower in another bathroom but there were plenty of them to use so it wasn’t much of an inconvenience. The house was beautiful and spacious.

The pool was wonderful. We wish we could control the hot tub.

Phenomenal house

Our first time to seaside for a wedding and all was stunning. The house, location, shopping, restaurants were fabulous.

Clean, lots of room, beds weee comfortable. Beach was perfect. Could have used more hooks in the bathrooms and mirrors for getting ready in the bedrooms.

This is our first time visiting Seaside and Santa Rosa, Florida. We had a wonderful time! My grandchildren loved the pool and spa, as well as the adults! The golf cart was the best, we enjoyed the flexibility of getting around without having to use our car, especially for our grand children ages 11-8 and an edlerly grandfather who could not walk long distances. The Viking appliances were terrific, one negative was that there was no water available on the frig. The home was beautiful, one negative was that there was only one bar to hang a towel in the bathrooms over the toilet. More bars and hooks on doors would be helpful. The laundry offered two washers and dryers which were always working with 5 children and 8 adults, frequent trips to the beach and use of the pool for constant washing of beach and bath towels! The location was fabulous being so close to the beach, we were able to walk. Having the set up of two chairs and beach umbrella was priceless! We also used needed sand chairs to be close to the water while watching the children.

We celebrated Thanksgiving with friends (6 adults 6 kids) at Tailwinds and Tides. The layout worked well for the families we traveled with and had enough space for the kids to hang with us or in a separate room. The location was amazing. While we had access to the golf cart and bikes, it was an easy walk to Seaside, Watercolor and public beach access. We enjoyed the hot tub, cooking in the kitchen, and playing games. This vacation home comes with a starter kit for toiletries, trash bags, dish soap and laundry detergent, however we would recommend brining your own if you plan on staying more than a few days. The kitchen has a good amount of utensils/cooking supplies and they even provided a roasting pan for Thanksgiving. The pantry is empty so bring your own spices. Communication with ELP was great. They were responsive and dropped off some treats for the holiday!
