Cozy and well stocked

The space was spacious enough and cozy and the place was well stocked. The property management company was amazing to work with but the manager onsite was unfriendly and unhelpful. Our party would definitely go back again!

Perfect for our family

We love the location. We love that every bedroom had its own bathroom. The only problems were we found a used towel on the back of one of the bathroom doors and a long black hair on a clean towel. Even with that, we plan on returning.

Having the three bedrooms, each with its own bath, and the loft sleeping for "non couples" kids, etc. was perfect.It's within walking distance to the Vons shopping center, and the Mammoth shuttle stop is right at the driveway. Very convenient.

fishing getaway

Condo was clean and well furnished. parking alittle bit tight but manageable. It was very nice to have 4 bathrooms. We had a great time. Thank you for allowing us to stay their with our labradoodles. The only suggestion is that the Sierra Meadows landscape needs help just to make it more enticing from the outside. Otherwise great condo inside and we didnt even have to buy extra papertowels or dishwashing soap.

Hello, Thank you for taking time to leave a review, and thank you for staying with us. We apologize for the mice that were found in the unit. This tends to happen in Mammoth once winter hits living in a National Forest, the little critters sometimes make their way inside. Possible locations of where they could have entered have been identified and sealed off. We do not have any notes of you reaching out to us so apologies we were not able to connect to address any issues. For any future stays our contact information is located in the unit and provided in the check-in documents, confirmation as well as our office is just down the street from this location. Unfortunately, the wifi is a hit or miss in Mammoth, especially when there is an influx of people in town. We also have one provider in Mammoth so it stretches the bandwidth when it is a busy holiday weekend. Hence the reason we can’t guarantee or have any control over WIFI speeds in our remote, mountain town. We appreciate the feedback! Thank you, MSR TEAM

Great location in Mammoth

We enjoyed our stay in Mammoth. I liked that the condo has 4 sleeping areas/bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. All appliances were in good working order. The bathrooms and kitchen counter look like they were upgraded in the last few years. I liked that there were primarily hard surface floors as we have pets. The kitchen and bathrooms were supplied with enough paper goods/ soap/etc for the week - even though I brought extra due to other reviews that there was not enough. One shower leaked and the recliner chair needed repairs - the office staff offered to send someone over that day to fix things. Overall it was a nice place to stay and would definitely stay there again.

Mammoth stay

Our trip began on the 15th, and because of our travel distance, we left at 6am...when we got home, there were instructions dated on the 15th, so we never actually received the instructions; we felt the instructions should have been sent at least a day ahead of departure. although, obviously you have no control over the weather, it was extremely hot, and we had to call for more fans, which they brought, but that wasn't even enough. When we used the pool, without a heater, we just assumed that there would be towels there, but there were not, so, we went through towels rather quickly...I had to go to the office to get more. I was even willing to wash towels in the provided washer and dryer, but there was no detergent. When I was at the office, I used the restroom, and there was no soap, or paper towels. The barbeques that were available looked in a state of disrepair, as did the seat cushions. We didn't feel that the maintenance on the buildings were up to par...Overall, we felt for the money we paid, we were extremely disappointed. We have stayed in several other properties in the Mammoth area, and were happy with them, but unfortunately, they were already booked, so this was a new adventure, which didn't end happily.

Mammoth Condo

Great location, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, split levels gave elbow room for all of us. Close to Vons, coffee shops and restaurants and a church. Park down the street will be very nice once remodel is finished but you can easily walk to retail places to eat or across the street to a town trail for a quick walk near a creek. We would definitely recommend this place as a winner.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice property, the four bathrooms were nice for a larger group. Kitchen was very well stocked, everything you could need to cook was there. Also appreciated having extra paper towels, trash bags, etc. there when we arrived. Beds all comfortable. Liked having a single thermostat for the entire unit over the individual wall heaters that are common in Mammoth. Televisions all worked well and having YouTube tv hooked up for live tv made no cable in the unit a moot point. Management company was receptive to questions we had. Couple minor issues that we wish we knew about - the washer was taped shut with "out of order" signs on it. When the unit is advertised as having an in unit washer and dryer, we would have liked to know it was not working before arrival as with a big group, we would have preferred to have the chance to do laundry while there. Also, the dishwasher is in desperate need of an upgrade, it does not clean dishes well at all and we spent quite a bit of time hand washing dishes. Those aside, we would stay here again.

We had a great time staying at Mammoth Sierra reservations; we loved everything about it. We felt like we were home. Thank you for everything.
