Great mountain views from this spacious 3 bedroom plus loft, 2 bathroom condo in a beautiful quiet setting. As soon as you enter, you will find a nice space to hang up your jackets and kick off your shoes and enjoy this comfortable mountain condo. To the left is the living room with sectional couch, where you can cozy around the wood burning fireplace with river rock surround and sunny deck with gorgeous Mountain View’s. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to prepare meals for the whole family, and with a dining area that seats 6. The Master is also on this lower level, featuring a Queen bed, flatscreen TV with attached full bathroom. Upstairs you will find a great open loft hangout space for kids or 2nd living room space complete with Smart TV and sectional offering additional sleeping area with a sleeper sofa. There are two more spacious bedrooms on the upper level and a full bathroom. One bedroom features a Queen bed with flatscreen TV, and the second bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds. Enjoy contemporary decor, flooring throughout, upgraded appliances and bonus spaces in this family friendly cabin. Hang out by the sunny pool (summer only) while using the public gas grill or soak in the Jacuzzi on a cold winter day. It is centrally located with a short walk to Groceries, Coffee Shops, Restaurants & Shops. Just 100 yards from the Mammoth Creek park, you can fish the creek, use the playground or picnic at the tables or large grassy area or enjoy the Mammoth Community Rec Zone or LA Kings Ice that offers a host of activities and year-round recreation opportunities. There is also EV car chargers available for free use at the Rec Zone. This condo sleeps a maximum of 10 people and comes with 2 outdoor parking spaces. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. We loved the snowcreek athletic club pass and the walking path nearby. It is close to a shuttle stop too. Would love to stay again.

This home was perfect for our family vacation. It was very clean with everything we needed. There was plenty of space for everyone. Ideal location near the rec trail that we used daily. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Family Trip

Good location, and lovely condo. The lay out was nice, and having the upstairs living room was fun for the kids. Everything was clean, and the dining table in the kitchen worked for family dinners.

Great Family spot

Place is great for a few families to gather. Bedrooms are decent size with a great loft. Location is epic for families, as it’s walking distance to a park and ice skating. Parking does get full at night but we were able to always find spots. Will definitely be booking this place again.

Cozy Cabin

So close to everything, there’s a little river that runs through the back of the property that the kids were able to catch fish in! All the lakes are close by in any direction. Close to downtown mammoth, lots of restaurants, markets and bowling. I would stay here again. The company was easy to contact and very friendly. Great experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO property! Check-in was smooth and easy, and we really appreciated being allowed to check in earlier than expected. The location is fantastic—close to everything we needed with super convenient access.The home was fully stocked with all the essentials, making our stay comfortable and hassle-free. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a long day out.Support was impressively fast, and the technician who assisted us was extremely friendly and helpful. Even the 800 support line and office staff were efficient and pleasant to work with.Overall, a great experience—we would definitely stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall solid place to stay for me and 5 friends, short walk to the ice rink/rec center, bus stops, and nearby bars/restaurants. One thing that would improve the stay: having the correct size/shape coffee filters for the coffee machine. The filters provided were the wrong size, caused a mess, and were ultimately not usable, forcing us to seek out coffee after leaving the house. A small bottle of oil for cooking, salt, and pepper would also be super appreciated.

Overall is ok

This apartment is very close to the red line bus 3 mins walk. Its the first stop of the line. Its next to the ice skating place 3 mins walk as well.The place is clean except the bedsheets and blankets upstairs. They are smelled dusty.There are some hair on the pillows in the bunk bed room.
