Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was clean and spacious! The condo included some starter amenities, which was nice. The free beach chairs were an added bonus! I would absolutely stay here again!

The interior was clean but the balcony was dirty. The bathroom had black mold above the shower and there were multiple paint chips all over the walls in the shower area. Upon arrival we didnā€™t know which building to enter and couldnā€™t find the luggage carts because we didnā€™t know they were all in the garage. The WiFi rarely worked which wasnā€™t that big of a deal we only had one occasion we actually watched tv. However the place was a perfect fit for my hubby and I. Great space and anything we needed was available. We had a great view of ocean and had many times we were able to see dolphins!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Weā€™re glad you and your husband enjoyed the spacious condo, ocean views, and seeing dolphins during your stay! Weā€™re sorry that a few aspects of your experience fell short. We take cleanliness and maintenance very seriously and have followed up on the areas you mentioned, including the shower and balcony. We provide guests with a detailed arrival guide prior to check-in that includes the property address, building location, parking, luggage cart information, WiFi details, and other arrival instructions. Weā€™re sorry the information wasnā€™t clear to you when you arrived, but we were happy to respond promptly and assist you when you reached out. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to make the arrival process and overall guest experience as seamless as possible. Thanks!

Perfect!

The room was just as listed. Very clean and nicely furnished/decorated. We were there for a soccer tournament so we only got to go to the beach one full day but having the beach service was great! We will definitely try to book again when in the area.

Just what we needed!

Staying in Ft Walton for just a few days. Part of our family had a condo down the street and this unit was the perfect location to be able to get together with them. It was the perfect size for us but also offered the option to allow our kids to join if they could have. Having coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean was heaven!

Fun in the sun

We go to this area s few times a year. This condo unit was clean and charming & had everything we needed. The property owner was quick to respond when I had questions. Overall, the beach was rough & closed at times but the view and location was great and we found many other fun things to do.

Perfection

It was super easy to find and check in. Parking was close and easy. The view of the beach was phenomenal. Beach service was friendly and convenient. Kids loved the heated pool. The area was fun, but not overly crowded. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. We had a small issue with the TV and management responded quickly and helped us fix it. We will be back for sure!
