Alle vores huslejer leveres med fuld sengetøj, vaskemaskine / tørretumbler i enhed og fuldt udstyret køkken, så alt hvad du behøver at bekymre dig om, er at have det sjovt! Derudover tilbyder vores kompleks en pool, grill / picnicområde, gratis WIFI, bilvask område, strandpromenade til stranden og et bekvemt marked ved siden af! I løbet af månederne marts til oktober tilbyder vi også GRATIS strand service! Vi er beliggende kun 5 minutter fra både Fort Walton Beach og Destin på smukke Okaloosa Island og kun 3/4 mile fra fremragende spisning, natteliv, butikker, vandaktiviteter og Gulfarium!

Vores ejerlejligheder er ikke-ryger, og The Nautilus er en kæledyrsfri ejendom.

A complete winner of a rental. Great communication, really smooth processes for check-in and out, helpful staff. Property was as advertised with a very welcoming feel. Reliable Wi-fi and TV options made screen time enjoyable. The kitchen had plenty of utensils, cookware, and small appliances. Beach time support supplies and the large gulf facing balcony was a real treasure. If this is one of your choices - pick this one and you won’t be disappointed.

Have stayed at Nautilus twice now. Great customer service/easy to communicate. Only negative (at least for us) is that the property allows smoking on the balconies. It is not a smell that some want to experience when they travel to the beach for the fresh air. Aside from that, great vacation!

Unit was great with full beach view. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. The extra beach chairs & beach towels provided were a great bonus!

Our stay at this condo had spectacular views of the ocean! We were able to watch the dolphins feed in the mornings right outside on the patio! I love the fact they supply you with a set of chairs and umbrella! We also had extra beach chairs available for use in the closet!! The condo itself self was everything we needed and more! Felt like home! If we return to this area again we would definitely be coming back here!!!

Property and location was fantastic. Property was neat, clean and exactly as described. The only negative was one of the guest beds and the master bed was squeaky.

The communication with Management was outstanding. The only downside of this particular condo was the beds. They were very firm. But that's a personal preference. Would recommend. Can not say enough good things about the Management staff.

Very Nice Condo

Great location, good amenities, and steps from the beach. Nice to have an ice maker inside the condo. An added perk is the beach service included. I will definitely return to this property!

Loves this property

I will admit, at first arrival I was hesitant. However, my family and I enjoyed it tremendously!!! Was nice to be away from all the commotion of larger areas, but close enough to them to visit on an evening. The beach was beautiful and WILL be staying at Nautilus again!! If you are looking for a family oriented place, this is it!!

We’ve stayed at the Nautilus before and this unit was available. This condo is a great value for those looking to not spend too much. We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful waterfront location

Mold in the room. They sprayed for bugs during visit despite the fact that I told them my daughter couldn’t smell the fumes due to the fact of being 7 months pregnant.

Good stay

Unit was clean and check in was smooth. Everything was as advertised and expected. I and my family had a great time. The elevator caused some concern however. More specifically along the lines of life safety. If the buttons are short circuiting then there are other issues going on based on personal inspection experience. My background is in commercial multifamily with heavy experience with Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac lending. MBA inspection certified. RE licensed in Florida and GA.

Nautilus Condo

This is a beautiful condo in an absolutely perfect location. Close to many great restaurants and just steps to the beach and the beautiful ocean. It is well stocked in the kitchen and was kept very clean throughout. Our only complaint was, when we were spending considerable time out on our balcony, the people in the condo below us smoked almost incessantly on their balcony, making it very smoky for us. This was really aggravating and we wish, like other condos in the area we have stayed at, that smoking was prohibited in all areas of the condos. It would’ve made for a perfect vacation. Instead, we had to spend more time inside than we would have liked. Having said that, we highly recommend the condo if you are able to tolerate the smoke better than we were.
