Fort Lauderdale~River Access~Kayaks~Heated Pool

I was surprised to read Marie's comments, especially considering the following points: 1. We responded to all of Marie's inquiries before and during her stay within minutes, and we have all communication time stamped. I should note, she was inquiring about an early check-in (which she received on the day of her arrival) 9 months before her check-in date. Of course, this can be difficult to approve several months ahead of arrival because it's highly possible a guest can check-out on the same day of an arrival. 2. The home had all of the amenities she mentioned were missing: laundry detergent, dishwashing soap, two rolls of paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body bar, hand bar, etc. I'm not sure how Marie missed the fully sealed amenities packages placed next to the sink of each bathroom and kitchen. We have time-stamped photos of the amenities placed at the property before her check-in. 3. There are no homeless people walking around, nor is the area dangerous. And while there may be vape shops, pawn shops, hardware stores, fast food restaurants, gas stations, less green spaces.......this is city life! And yes....the home is located on a quiet street with a river in the backyard that runs through the center of the city. The kayaks are cleaned after every checkout; however, since the home is situated on the river amidst wildlife, debris from outside elements may accumulate on them. During Marie's stay, she only contacted us once to inquire about a late check-out.
