• Saltwater pool with heating available upon request
• Pool heating is not included and is available for $30 per day (2-day minimum)

🐾 Pet Friendly

We’re happy to host your furry family members!
• Up to 2 dogs allowed
• $250 non-refundable fee per pet
• Must be leashed in yard, crated when left alone, and cleaned up after

🌴 South Florida Living Notes

This is tropical living — beautiful, lush, and occasionally wild!
• Regular pest control is performed, but small native wildlife (like iguanas or palmetto bugs) may appear — part of the South Florida ecosystem
• Keep doors and windows closed to prevent pests
• AC units are powerful but can struggle during extreme heat; avoid setting below 68°F

🕒 Early Check-In & Late Check-Out

We’re happy to accommodate when possible!
Requests must be made 24 hours in advance and are subject to:
• $25 per hour (early or late)
• $50 service fee if cleaning is delayed due to late departure

🔒 Booking Requirements

To confirm your reservation, guests must:
• Sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking
• Upload a valid driver’s license
• Place a credit card on file for verification

A $500 refundable security hold is required and processed securely through our API-connected OwnerRez platform (Airbnb-approved). It’s placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, pending no damages.

We’re thrilled to welcome you and appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a peaceful environment for everyone:

General Rules
• 🚫 No parties, events, or gatherings
• 👥 Maximum 6 guests — all must be on the reservation
• 🚗 Parking: Up to 4 cars in driveway only
• 🔇 Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
• 🚭 No smoking or vaping indoors ($500 fine applies)
• 🚫 No confetti, glitter, or decorations taped to walls/ceilings
• 🚫 Do not move furniture or décor
• 🚫 Please don’t unplug Wi-Fi routers or smart home devices, as this can disrupt key systems

Pool Heating Policy
• Pool heating is optional and not included in the nightly rate. Pool heat is available for $30 per day with a 2-day minimum and must be requested 24 hours prior to arrival. Pool temperature is weather dependent and cannot be guaranteed. Once activated, pool heat fees are non-refundable.
