We had a wonderful day. Everything about house was as advertised. The boat dock Was very nice as well. Will definitely stay there again

Nice place great location

The place was clean with everything needed for a nice stay. Property manager responded to questions promptly. Location was excellent with quick access to Atlantic by boat. I definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

Sunset on the canal

Great property and great community! This duplex is situated on a canal with beautiful sunset views. Inside there is plenty of room for 3 couples to hang out, cook, relax and play games. The club pool is chilled making it a great place to unwind after a hot day on the water.

Beautiful Key Colony rental

We had a great stay at Salt Water Revival North! The house is as pictured with plenty of space for a family. We enjoyed seeing fish and manatee in the canal and time spent at the Cabana Club. There was a small problem with the hot tub which was rectified quickly, and another with the lock which was not urgent and I’d assume handled after our departure. We would definitely go back!

Very relaxing getaway - perfect for families!

Great property and amenities. We had our kids/grandkids visit throughout the stay. Really enjoyed the hot tub and saw three different manatee off the dock where we were able to hand-feed fresh water from the hose — great experience with nature. The neighborhood has a nice park that we walked to regularly. Pool, beach, and service at the Cabana Club was fantastic. Communication with property management was top notch. Overall, highly recommend this property and Key Colony Beach for a relaxing getaway!

Had a good time

I would have given 5 stars except the beds were very low quality and everyone hated them. Everything else was great and we had to call the company that handles the rental with a small problem, they addressed the problem and fixed it within 1 hour.

No Privacy

Nice looking property, very clean, had a nice layout However NO privacy from other side of duplex which was rented to family with lots of kids running all over and thru our side. It was like a on vacation at the holiday inn! LARGE red ants all over dock at night so could not sit out there to fish which was a bummer. Not sure if the house was actually a revamped mobile home you could hear every thing thru walls every footstep down the halls, could even hear the kids next door running around.

Truly paradise. Saltwater Revival indeed!

We had a ball. House was exactly as described, with comfortable beds, great location, and plenty of room to relax inside and out. Family of five stayed the week, and our friends rented nearby. We had toom to hang out all together for evening conversation and dinner. The canal location is perfect. Bring your own boat or plan to rent one, for sure! First day we had our rental we motored out to Coffins Patch for some anorkeling and it was amazing. We fished, cruised, and just junked around the rest of the week, and the house was the perfect base of operations for alll that. Beach Club was nice for when we wanted some sandy toes and snacks, too! Be sure to grab dinner at Sparky's (right off the causeway into KCB) while you're here, and go try Frank's Italian in Marathon, too. Theres too much to see and do for one visit! We will be back!

Beautiful property

From the moment we walked into this house, we knew we were going to love it. The view out through the sliding doors was beautiful...palm trees, canal, open water, hot tub. We spent every morning on the deck, enjoying the view, while we drank our coffee. Because of the raised design of the deck, our view was especially nice. My husband enjoyed fishing off the dock. Even though we had incredible weather in the 80's almost every day, we still used the hot tub because it was refreshing when we got out! It was only my husband and I and our two small dogs. Another two adults would have been comfortable, but any more than that may have been a bit crowded. Without the dogs and with children, six people would work. We have already decided when we vacation again in the Key Colony Beach, this is where we'd like to stay.

Great house and location

House was well maintained and spotless. Very comfortable and plenty of cookware, towels and bedding. Very happy with our location. The pool was a pleasant surprise. Didn’t expect it to be so nice! Manatees in the canal was a real treat! Had a couple minor questions about the house and management company was very helpful and prompt in responding. Overall a very positive experience.

Wonderful stay in Key Colony

Key Colony was absolutely beautiful. Two couples shared Saltwater Revival North and this property is very spacious. The property is very nice, much bigger than the posted pictures look. The outside area is very nice. We hung out on the pier area a lot, but also used the deck are for eating outside and just hanging out. The only thing we would have liked to had beach chairs to take to the beach the few times we went. The Cabana Club provides beach chairs, but the beach is very small and they have limited chairs, which is first come, first serve, and the residents get there early. But that was not a deal breaker. We loved the hot tub and the property was just wonderful and fully met our expectations.. Neighbors (Owner of one property) were more than friendly.

Had A True Salt Water Revival!

Wonderful! Peaceful. Safe. Clean. Fully stocked. Had a fantastic time! Better than expected! Beautiful linens. Kitchen fully stocked. Plenty of towels. Our dog loved it! Hot Tub was beautiful. Seemed almost new. Great TV. Beautiful space and location. Dock was wonderful. Neighbors very friendly. Their boys loved our dog. We made friends! Thoroughly enjoyed the beach shop and restaurants. Beautiful beach area. Lovely neighborhood with stunning homes and landscape. Had a great time on our rental boat for 2 days. Wonderful time of year. So much to see! We adopted a Sea Turtle at the Turtle Hospital and I will be donating a nice sign (summitsign.com) to their new Educational Center. Yay! Dream come true! Saw beautiful colorful coral and fish and jellyfish and even a black tip shark at the Lighthouse while snorkeling. Wow! Thrilling! Crane Point was beautiful - so much incredible history. Key West was fun for a day. Shipwreck museum was awesome. Big Pine Key Deer were adourable. Saw a baby feeding from it's mommy. They need protection!! I could go on and on. Will definatly be back. So much more to see! What a fun world down there in the Florida Keys. Resillient friendly people who give their all for our enjoyment. Yay! Will be back. Can't wait to enter an Art Festival in Key West! or maybe Marathon! :) Thank you for our true Salt Water Revival. We SO Needed it!

Great place on the canal.

The duplex was bigger than we expected which was a nice surprise. The check in process to access the property and cabana club was easy. We rented a 27 foot boat and there was plenty of room at the dock. The duplex was very clean and had everything we needed. The couch is indoor/outdoor furniture so not very comfortable, but we did not spend much time on the couch so it was not a dealbreaker for us. We would definitely rent here again in the future.

Nice property and location

We enjoyed our stay at the house and spent quite a bit of time at the pool which was nicer than we anticipated. Nice indoor/outdoor space, kitchen is well stocked and there’s much to do in the area. Turtle Hospital and snorkeling at Startish were highlights.

Key Colony Beach Home

Nice 3 bedroom home in Key Colony Beach. Perfect neighborhood where you can walk to Cabana club, sunset park and a couple of restaurants. Convenient to grocery stores, Marathan, Sombrero beach and 1 hour to Key West. Home has everything you can want, including an outdoor hot tub, backyard deck and dock for your boat. Looking forward to next trip to the keys and this home.

The whole family loved it!

Everything was perfect. The home was exactly as was pictured. Plenty of room for a family of six. We spent the majority of the time reading and relaxing on the deck. We used the hot tub a couple of times and it was very clean and well kept. The city of Marathon is very close and is definitely "The Heart of The Keys". I would definitely go back! *the only reason I didn't rate it a 5 is because the decor is a little outdated. We didn't mind this, but someone else might.

Second stay here....booking next soon!

Having previously stayed at this property, I had no doubt where I would stay when 5 of us visited for Fantasy Fest! Yes, you can stay right in Key West but my heart was totally taken but this location. A 3 minute walk to the Cabana Club with its gorgeous beach, pool and my favorite bartender Bill! Yes, the food was good, too! The location of the home is perfect! We had kayaks delivered immediately upon arrival. We paddled the ocean to the Cabana Club, we paddled the canal to Sparky's landing for drinks, we paddled out and through Vaca Cut (DO NOT ATTEMPT THIS!!), we paddled the mangroves. Btw, you can also walk to Sparky's for dinner. The pictures are very accurate. We had the pleasure of meeting the owners and they are wonderful people! The rental company rep that we met and dealt with is Kristen and she is warm, welcoming and readily available should you have any questions or issues. The home is spacious and comfortable. Beds are comfy, kitchen is open to the dining and living areas making it fun to cook and socialize. The hot tub was the perfect place to observe our hard core fisher people fishing! In my opinion the only things needed to make this rental perfect is kayaks and a bathing suit!
