This beautiful home offers four bedrooms and three full baths. Room for 14 people one block from the beach and directly on the Intracoastal Waterway. Watch the sunrise over the Atlantic. Enjoy the sunset in the afternoon while sitting on your private dock. The best of both worlds all in one house. All with no stairs to climb!



Fishing, boating, and swimming all right at the house. Gunite pool with heater and chiller coming November ‘23. The main bedroom and one of the guest bedrooms both offer a king bed, while another guest bedroom has a queen. The amazing custom bunk room boasts 4 queen beds! Each bed in the bunk room has its own light and USB ports - this room is a must see for sure. There are TVs in each bedroom and a huge 65” TV in family room.



Adjacent to the family room is a pool table room equipped with everything you need to have a family pool tournament!



The kitchen has room for everyone and is fully equipped to handle any cooking need. The Keurig can make a full pot or individual cups. A guest favorite -the coffee cups hold 20 oz! It’s the little things.



There are indoor dishes and patio dishes, as well as a dining table for 8 inside and a table for 6 on the back porch. The back porch also has two sitting areas and two swings for enjoying the views of the passing boats, sea-life, and shore birds. Manatee and dolphin are regular guests as well as majestic herons that find rest on the dock. Often called one of the best beaches in the area, Crescent Beach is only one block away! If half of your party wants to spend the day in the ocean and other half wants to go fishing in the Intracoastal, you can do both at Sunset at Marker 62! We have beach chairs and beach towels so no need to lug those on your vacation. At the end of our street, there is a cute little bait shop where you can rent kayaks or even book a day on a boat. The folks who own the shop are so nice and always know where the fish are biting. There are several amazing restaurants, a pizza place, and an ice cream shop all within walking distance.



Downtown St Augustine is only 15 minutes away. The St Augustine Amphitheatre is only 10 minutes down A1A. Marineland is 7-10 minutes south on A1A and a must visit while you are here.
