The Rocky Creek Retreat is a BRAND NEW spacious modern cabin with beautiful amenities for a family-friendly vacation. We spent almost two years designing and building this amazing cabin to provide a safe, and relaxing space for our family, friends, and guests. We are centrally located right between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and are easily accessible with convenient back roads. No steep drives!

My family enjoyed the serenity of being in the woods while staying at the cabin. The hot tub, game room, movie room and indoor pool were also fun amenities that enhanced our stay!

We enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 3 children. The amenities appeared as described. We were pleasantly surprised with the kitchen, bedrooms and baths. The coffee bar was above our expectations. The children enjoyed the small pool area and the small golf course. We made use of the grill and outdoor picnic area.The location was easy access to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. It was a quiet area for relaxing on the balconies.

This property is amazing in many ways and our stay was absolutely wonderful! The heated pool, game room and theater were thoroughly enjoyed- especially by “the littles”. The kitchen provided all that was needed for us and with three amateur chefs in the group, that says a lot about the attention to detail. Our first morning provided our own turkey who trotted up the driveway for a visit and shortly after, my granddaughter threw her arm out, pointed out the kitchen window and exclaimed “BEAR”!!! We were all thrilled with the experience and felt like we had our very own welcoming committee. This property is located near “everything” and yet, it is tucked away and so very peaceful. Everyone in the group loved this property regardless of age.

Peaceful home for family relaxation

This was more than I had hoped for. The cabin had all the amenities for my whole family to enjoy. We plan for this to be our yearly vacation spot.

Great stay in the Smokies

Loved this location. House was beautiful. Beds were comfortable. The pool, arcade, cinema, decks, and fire pit were all great. Enjoyed the hot tub a little bit, had a few electrical issues with it. But hosts worked with us on that. No complaints. Enjoyed our time here.

This place is absolutely amazing! There is so much to do at the house, the pool, cinema, and game room were just a few of our favorites. The house is so clean and so beautiful you can tell the owners really thought of everything. Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay and we can't wait to come back again!

Our stay at the Rocky Creek Retreat was absolutely amazing! This cabin has absolutely everything you need! My 11 month old loved swimming in the pool as well as the rest of the group! Everything was extremely clean and welcoming! Nothing but good things to say!

Our family of 10 enjoyed a week at Rocky Creek Retreat. We had an amazing vacation using all the ammenties in the cabin: grilling out, making s' mores in the fire pit,relaxing in the hot tub, movie nights in the media room, coffee on the porch, pool time and games in the arcade. The kitchen is a dream; fully stocked with anything you need to prepare your family feasts. The cabin is beautiful, with modern ammenties. The layout allows you to spend time together, and options for quiet time alone. The cabin is located close enough to Dollywood, The National Park and Gatlinburg to capture the experience of the Smokies. The fall season is stunning in this area. We made wonderful family memories.

Fabulous Family Favorite!

This experience was one of the best in our many years of renting properties. Owners were very responsive and helpful and the property exceeded our expectations! It was clean, had a well stocked kitchen for our large family, and so many things for all ages to do and enjoy-great pool, putt-putt, the games, & the cinema were all amazing. The little creek was a bonus as the grandkids loved exploring it. We loved all the extras that most properties don't offer. We look forward to visiting again and staying longer so we can do even more there!

Hands down our favorite house to stay in in the Pigeon Forge/Sevierville area. I can't say enough about this wonderful house. My husband picked it out, and it was way big for just the two of us, but it was amazing. It was the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in. It has every amenity you could ask for. It is so organized it made me want to reorganize my kitchen when I got home. Seriously, it is a wonderful home, location is great. We are already planning to bring the whole family for a week next summer.

Absolutely Perect

This house was perfect for our group: six adults and five children. Everything we needed was in this house. The labeling of every light and information about TV’s and appliances helped us to take advantage of all the house had to offer. The kids loved the game room and pool, and the creek outside was a bonus. We were in close proximity to the aquarium, gem mining, and Dollywood! The coffee bar was a hit! We will definitely be back!

Great cabin for a getaway

The cabin was extremely clean and had all the amenities we needed and more! Loved the indoor pool in the heated room and convenient adjoining bathroom. It is just the right size pool for kids to play and parents to supervise. We loved the miniature golf course on the porch too! Game room and theater room were also great, especially in the evenings and cooler days. The hot tub and fire pit were also very clean and we loved using them. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. Every detail of the cabin is well planned, even down to all of the light switches being clearly labeled. Would definitely return!

rocky retreat

this is a wonderfully appointed cabin, finishes are clean and modern - im not a fan of the bear themed cabins, so this one is great. plenty od room for everyone, and lots to keep them occupied. amenities are great - cofffee bar has everything you could want to use- appliances and dishes. i especially loved that there was a highchair, pack n play, and even kids dishes. its so great not to have to carry those things with you. the swimming pool was nice, no overwhelming chlorine smell (good for my little with asthma) safety features are very well thought out - id just add 2 minor things. overall, this is a great choice for a big family or group

Amazing house

This home is everything it is advertised to be! The mountain road to get there is a tad tight but that is mostly because our rental car was a huge pick up truck. The game room was a huge hit. The indoor pool and hot tub were fun amenities too. We had so much to do on the main strip about 15 minutes away to tire us out during the day then we returned back to rest while the kids still had plenty of things in the hike to keep themselves entertained. They have thought of all the important details in this home. Communication is amazing and the website is great too. Thanks again

Absolutely Amazing

Me and a group of 8 friends stayed here and the place was perfect! We watched stranger things on the giant cinema TV and while sipping wine relaxing in the jacuzzi tub! Cooking breakfast and dinner in the kitchen was a great way to save money and the place had all the cooking utensils pots and pans we needed! The cabin is perfectly located near downtown Gatlinburg and Ober Mountain Ski Resort was a blast! Check out Abram’s Falls which is a moderate to easy hike! Everyone in the group enjoyed relaxing around the cabin after long days exploring all day. Anakeesta is pretty neat also! We all would recommend staying at Rocky Creek Retreat if you are thinking of staying in the area!

We are multi-cultural family based out of central Florida. Jenny is a former educator turned stay-at-home mom. David is a former Aerospace engineer turned startup Engineering manager. We lived in the West coast for a few years and grew to love the mountains and national parks while out there. We moved back East and fell in love with the Great Smoky Mountains.
