Our stay at this cabin was absolutely perfect for our Smoky Mountain family vacation! The home was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as pictured—maybe even better. The location was ideal: peaceful, private, and close to everything we wanted to do in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.The kids loved the game room and hot tub, and we all enjoyed winding down each night on the deck surrounded by nature. The host was responsive, helpful, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out.If you’re planning a trip to the Smokies, this is the place to book. We would absolutely stay here again!

Family Trip

We had a wonderful long weekend with my in-laws. Very clean and plenty of room. The kids loved the pool and the theater room! Would definitely stay here again.

Great Family Vacation spot!

Our family of 8 stayed for a long weekend at this beautiful house. It was spacious and clean, well stocked with towels and bedding and even coffee! Good location just close enough to tourist spots but far enough away for privacy.

100% Recommend!!

This is by far the best rental we’ve ever stayed in! There was something for everyone in our group! The location can’t be beat! House was super clean, loved the little details and toiletries that were waiting for us. We will definitely rent this again for future stays! Thank you to the owners for being so welcoming!

Perfection

If you are looking for a cabin that has everything for every age, this is the cabin!! It was located next to everything. The owners are so helpful, kind, and make sure your stay is perfect. We will stay here again and again.

Family Vacation

Great location and very kid friendly. Swim spa and the spa for the adults was a favorite. Movie theater with comfortable seats was great for movie night. Don’t forget to bring popcorn . They provide a small mini fridge in basement rec area. Pool table, ping pong downstairs as well. Great kitchen for our family of 13. We had a problem with a couple of wasp nest on the porch and outside house the first day but owners(management) responded the next day and took care of the problem. I recommend the Jayell Ranch for horseback riding, zip line and ATV and UTV. It’s about 4 miles away and opens at 10:00. Definitely make reservations and plan out your day. We brought a picnic lunch. So many things to do in sevierville, you will find something for everyone.

Great Family Weekend

Great family weekend at this lovely cabin! Cabin was just as listed. VERY CLEAN. Great communication with the owners. Cabin has tons of fun games, spa and hot tub were a hit with all ages!

Beautiful home, meticulously maintained, great amenities for all ages. Close to activities.

Our family of 11 enjoyed the house very much. The hot tub on the deck was a big hit. The kid enjoyed the toys and books. It was great to see the house decorated for Christmas. We had all the amenities we needed and then some! We had a short drive to the Pirate's Voyage, stores and Dollywood!

Great for extended family.

We had three families stay comfortably in the property. It was a great space and the kids and adults alike enjoyed the swim spa and hot tub. My only negative is that it would have been nicer if the indoor swim spa's temperature were not locked in and able to be set higher than 86 degrees. That was a bit chilly for our taste.

Amazing cabin

The cabin was immaculately clean. There were an abundance of amenities that you didn’t need to run right out to the grocery store which is a blessing after your travel day! There were plenty of games and activities to keep the kids entertained. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to stay!

Wonderful cabin!

We LOVED our stay here. Every member of my family (even my dad who is difficult to impress) was blown away by the beauty and how well appointed the cabin was. The kids loved all of the amenities almost as much as Dollywood! Hoping to return soon!

Wonderful stay

This place is absolutely amazing, we had a great time. It was decorated beautifully. The owners had great communication with us and were very helpful. The swim spa and the theater room were my kids favorite. Highly recommend.

Great location!

So many good things! The host communication was excellent and check in was easy. The cabin had everything we needed and more. But most of all the location could not have been better! A quiet neighborhood but so so convenient to town.

WOW!

This cabin was great for our family trip! We had 10 people ranging from 5-61 in age and every one of us LOVED this place! Greg was easily reached and answered all of our questions promptly. Would definitely recommend this place!

Cousin Christmas

We only see our Virginia cousins once a year. This was a wonderful place to spend our short but sweet family time. It checked all the boxes for our teenagers and adults.

Perfect Choice!

This property is just as good as it appears. So nice and super clean. I can’t think of anything one would need in the kitchen that wasn’t provided. Keurig and drip coffeemaker, toaster and air fryer, many plates, glassware, pans - I could go on and on. We had 12 people: 7 adults and 5 children. The most popular thing for the kids was that huge indoor spa pool. The ping pong and pool table came in second. They had as much fun at the house as they had at Dollywood! Hosts were immediately responsive to any questions.

Great stay.

Wonderful property. Had everything you would need in a house and more. Clean and roomy with plenty of amenities. Grandchildren did not want to leave. Easy access to all amusement locations in area. Cannot give it enough stars. Owner is also very responsive to all your questions and needs.

Perfect Getaway

From the moment we walked through the door, the cabin felt, warm and cozy. Beautifully decorated, comfortable furniture, stocked kitchen and cozy outdoor space. The swim spa was a nice treat. The outdoor view of the trees was relaxing and we loved all the different birds. Shopping is nearby, along with many restaurants. The host, Greg was great! He answered all our questions and we felt safe there. An amazing experience, that we truly enjoyed!

Just Like Home…or Better!

Our family spends a lot of time in the smokies at different cabins. We have stayed in 20+ over the years. I would rate this cabin in my top three ever. They have literally thought of it all. We had everything we needed in the kitchen down to vegetable oil! There was an ample amount of pans, silverware, and small appliances down to a grinder with coffee beans. Most bedrooms had a small fan in the closet for people like me who prefer some type of white noise. I was so happy because I didn’t bring mine. Our children especially enjoyed the swim spa downstairs. It is better than a pool by far! My husband, son, and son in law really enjoyed the ping pong table. Susan decorated the place so exquisitely that I found myself looking at tags of many items so I could Google them and have for my own home. Everything was so cozy and comfortable. There are many blankets and pillows which our family really enjoyed as well. The upstairs had the cutest teepee for littles to enjoy and relax in. We also liked logging into the smart TVs to watch shows we enjoy. Greg was the most kind man I’ve spoken with when staying somewhere. What I will leave others with is this…Greg and Susan have a heart for wanting their guests to be as comfortable as they would be in their own home, if not more. I felt it in speaking with him, and I felt it when seeing how lovely his wife, Susan, decorated the home. I do not know this couple at all, but I feel like they are friends I’ve known for ages. Thank you for allowing my family and I to have the most wonderful time together as two of my children are married. We are in our early 40s and my son and his wife are expecting our first grand baby in January! This trip was especially sweet for them. It truly was the BEST time! The Rays
