Waterfront Home - opvarmet pool, tæt på restauranter og bugten

Thank you for taking the time to share your review. We appreciate your feedback and always strive to provide a comfortable experience for our guests. The eight televisions in the home are sized and selected based on our personal preferences and the overall setup of the house. In our 12 years of renting the property, we have not previously received any concerns regarding the TV sizes. Regarding tissues and other disposable supplies, we provide a starter set for guests’ convenience upon arrival. Once those initial supplies have been used, guests should purchase additional items based on their individual needs and preferences. We provide a full supply of towels for our guests’ use. For longer stays, guests are welcome to use the home’s laundry facilities to wash and dry towels as needed for continued use during their stay. Thank you again for your comments. We value guest feedback and appreciate the opportunity to clarify these details.

First, we are sorry to hear about your unpleasant experience. Typically, if there is a discharge, the prevailing winds will carry it either toward the sound or out toward the Gulf. Although we are located close to the treatment facility—approximately 300 feet away—issues with the facility are very uncommon. We have owned the house for 12 years, and while we do not live there full-time, I have personally experienced an odor only twice. In both instances, it was brief and quickly dissipated.
