This house was amazing! Close to entertainment, food, the beach and shops. The pool area is better than the pictures look! Would highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful home that was a very enjoyable day for my whole family, and there was plenty to do even on rainy days. There are games inside and the garage and outdoor area is stocked with golf carts, boards, and floats. The views from the house are outstanding and the sunrise and sunset from the house is gorgeous. Loved our stay, great communication from the host.

Perfectly appointed home, gorgeous views!

We had the pleasure of spending the weekend at Palacio de Panferio- what a delight! The home is absolutely beautiful- views from every room! The kitchen is thoughtfully laid out, with labels that made cooking a breeze. The home has it's own pool, dock, and plenty of beach toys. We took the paddleboards out for a spin, and spent hours lounging by the pool/hot tub. Sunset from the dock was a highlight. Beds were comfy, everything was spotless when we arrived. Super simple entry instructions. Oh and there is an elevator- awesome for unloading! Location is great as well! We walked to coffee and restaurants, and to check out the gulf side beaches. Lastly, the team at iTrip was very responsive and so easy to work with. 10/10 highly recommend this home!

Everything about this house was amazing. What made it a true vacation was that we never had to get into our car. There was so much to entertain us right at the house, the swimming pool, the hot tub, the paddle boards, the kayaks, the small beach with the sea life, bikes to jump on for a one minute ride to the beach. Everything was perfect. The sun rises and sunsets from the back porch were something to behold. The house was spacious and had everything we needed! i just can’t say enough.

Don’t know where to start. This property was wonderful and had absolutely everything we needed. Loved the pool and the golf carts. Views were amazing and we even saw dolphins from the dock. We were here for spring break and the boys never ran out of things to do, their only complaint was why didn’t we stay longer!

Everything was perfect. The only thing was we weren’t sure how to turn on the fireplace on those two very cold days so we didn’t do anything with it. The house was perfect. We had a great time a lot for the kids to do with the pool and the Jacuzzi and the sound.

Precious memories were made at this fabulous home! It was wonderful to have so many extra items available for our use--paddle boards, kayaks, golf carts, bicycles, the Green Egg, beach cart, elevator and so much more! Everything was top notch in every way! That being said, we had a hard time figuring out the light switches--lots and lots of light switches, some easy on/off and others you had to hold down-it was somewhat perplexing, but it did not take away from our wonderful experience. One last thought--the pool/hot tub was exceptional-everyone thought it was the best pool we have ever had in a rental. I rented the house for my kids and grandkids. I'm 72 and could've used a hand rail getting in and out of the pool. Again, these things were minimal. I would love to come back next year! Thank you for allowing this lovely home to be a rental and help others make never to be forgotten memories!

Excellent Place To Stay

We stayed here with three couples and the children/teens (4) The house had enough room for everyone to hang out and relax. The backyard pool area with bar and TV was great. We ended up with not the best beach weather so this house had everything to relax and enjoy the company! Super clean and right by the beach. The golf carts were also a hit!

This house has everything. It's a beautiful setting on the bay. Just bring your clothes and groceries. The pool and hot tub were nice to cool off after the ocean. Would highly recommend for a large family.
