The space
The "Shoreline" house is designed to offer a unique living experience, highlighted by its prime riverfront location and breathtaking unobstructed views of the sunrise and river. The architecture and layout of the house are carefully crafted to take full advantage of the natural light that floods the interior each morning. Large windows and open spaces create a seamless connection between the indoors and the beautiful outdoor scenery, allowing residents to enjoy the tranquil views of the river and the sky as dawn breaks.

The property features a well-designed two-story home with a heated two-car garage. The main floor includes two bedrooms, 1 king and 1 queen bed, a modern kitchen, a large dining room, a laundry room, and two full bathrooms. Accessibility is prioritized with a convenient wheelchair ramp available upon request.

The basement offers additional family room space, including two bedrooms equipped with king-sized beds, a shared bathroom, and a sauna for relaxation. The large family room is furnished with 2 pull-out couches, a designated play area for children located under the stairs, and a walk-out patio, providing a perfect blend of comfort and entertainment.

Our self-check-in system is designed to provide guests with a convenient way to check in without assistance.

We ask guests to complete their check-in between 4 PM and 8 PM. This is to ensure we can help you effectively and prevent any inconvenience or difficulty in reaching us later in the day if you have any issues.

A door code and check-in directions will be included in your welcome letter 3 days before your arrival.

The house was perfectl! It looked as if it had been recently renovated. The view from the deck was beautiful! It's location was only a few minutes drive to downtown Duluth and Canal Park. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Really enjoyed our stay!

Loved the house and the location for a family get together in Duluth! A cute dairy shop within walking distance was a hit for the kids to get ice cream! Walking trails nearby were also unexpected but a nice surprise. Home was well stocked, clean and communication with the owners was impeccable. We would definitely come back again! Our family came from Florida, Stillwater, St.paul and Cook Mn for a family Christmas gathering! Weather was a bit cold but we enjoyed the lovely spaces inside the VRBO! A wonderful place for our group of 7 adults. More than enough bedrooms, bathrooms, places to park, places to sit around the table, etc. Comfy beds, cute amenities in the house, enough items in the kitchen to cook a big meal, and a great location... everything you would need in a rental. The management company was super friendly and communicative as well!

Wonderful stay

Great property, very clean, kitchen and laundry room etc very well stocked.The hosts were excellent at communicating.The location was perfect for our group. Some were day hiking sections of the superior Hiking trail, some birding, and little kids happy! Great weather and no bugs!We loved it.

Amazing House in an Amazing location

We are a pet loving family and brought 2 dogs. It was easy to potty the dogs and it was wonderful having the walking parh so close to our unit. Wonderful for both pet owners and the dogs!!!

Our ownership of three prime-location homes in the new River West development in west Duluth sets us apart in the industry.

We were the first to join this effort to build up West Duluth in this River West development because, as aging outdoor enthusiasts, we have discovered that this location offers so many options for all experiences. These include biking on the Munger Trail, road biking, mountain biking, hiking, Nordic skiing, the Superior Hiking Trail hiking, and downhill alpine skiing at Spirit Mountain. This will be the newest wanted destination in our area!

This beautiful Shoreline retreat home is part of a group of three homes, each offering the best location with direct access to the water and trails. The unobstructed views of the Saint Louis River and Duluth make this retreat truly special. We are proud to offer two of the very few options available for groups of 12, accommodating larger gatherings. Additionally, at the end of an adventurous day, you can unwind in our relaxing sauna, ensuring a perfect end to any activity-packed day.
