This was an excellent place for a girls weekend. The beds were comfortable, the hot tub was awesome and we loved the view and the vicinity to Lake Superior was amazing, just a short walk through the dunes path.

What wonderful place, to be able to walk through the grass dune right to the lake was incredible! The umbrella and beach supplies were just a nice touch but the hot tub I really enjoyed! The place itself was clean and very peaceful!

Great setup for families. The location was fantastic - we walked to the lift bridge and canal park multiple times per day. The condo was very clean and the hot tub was lovely. I appreciated the multiple extras for guests to use - laundry detergent, beach chairs/ umbrella, olive oil and coffee. Recommend bringing beach towels and s'mores sticks.

Had a great stay, very clean and quiet. Only thing would be that they do fill up the hot tub the day of your visit, so if you are only staying one night you will more than likely not have enough time for the hot tub to warm up.

Wonderful location right on the beach, as described. Rooms were spacious, beds were very comfortable and the hot tub was great to use on a cold spring evening. I was worried about being in a lower level apartment, but the owners/occupants that live above were very quiet, only occasionally heard walking etc above us and it did not impact our enjoyment of the rental.

We had a wonderful long weekend at this property. The floor plan works well for a small family or close friends with 2 bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The location can't be beat -- easy access to the beach and walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars, points of interest, even a movie theater, etc. There are many amenities including off-street parking, a wood-burning fire pit, hot tub and use of the owner's boats. Other than the parking, we didn't end up using these and would have enjoyed access to an outdoor grill.

Great Duluth location

The rental was clean and cozy with easy access to beach. We had friends join us and had everything we needed for a great stay.

It was the perfect place to stay in Duluth. It was quiet at night and close enough to all the great places to eat and shop! Especially loved waking up in the morning and going to a walk on the beach. The communication was great, place was easy to find and nice and clean.

Beautifully decorated, comfortable, perfectly placed for the beach and Park Point. Be sure to being your own beach towels! What a great spot to relax and enjoy Lake Superior and Duluth.

Great place to see Duluth over Labor Day weekend

The apartment was perfect to enjoy the beach and walking distance to some of the bars and restaurants. Beds / living area were comfortable and kitchen had essentials. Hope we can return to Duluth and would stay here again!

Property location is outstanding. Close to downtown, however still quiet area. Beds, bedding top tier. Property had life jackets, paddle boards available for use, or lawn chairs if you just want to kick back on the beach. Only area of improvement, water pressure in the shower. I would recommend this property to anyone.Had a great stay.

It was very quiet. The place was clean and it was nice to walk out to the beach from the backdoor. Husband's favorite part was the lift bridge was close enough to walk to so he could see the freighters arrive.

Wonderful Stay

We were in town as vendors for a local fair and this place was a great place to go to unwind by Lake Superior. Very quiet and peaceful. So quiet I had to put on a white noise machine lol. Very accommodating staff to work with when I had questions. A+.
