Welcome to Cozy at the Canyon, perfectly located in the heart of downtown Williams, AZ. This home is just steps from historic Route 66, allowing you to easily walk to the Polar Express, Williams’ best bars and restaurants, and local shopping.

Inside, enjoy a beautiful fireplace—perfect for cozy winter nights spent playing board games with friends and family. Tucked away on a private street, this home offers the best of both worlds: unbeatable access to everything downtown Williams has to offer, while still providing peace, privacy, and comfort during your stay.

When you enter the home, you’ll step into an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area—perfect for gathering and relaxing. At the front of the house, enjoy a porch with two rocking chairs, a private yard, and a BBQ for outdoor dining. Down the hall are the bedrooms and bathrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed and a private full bathroom. The second bedroom includes an XL full-over-queen bunk bed. A second full bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway between the two rooms. The living area and both bedrooms are equipped with TVs and streaming capabilities.

We loved our vacation stay at Cozy at the Cabin. The home was spacious and clean, and exceeded our expectations. The location is a short walk from the Route 66 shops and about an hour's drive to the Grand canyon South Rim. Paige and Casey were incredibly responsive with communication and checked in often to ensure we were comfortable. We highly recommend this cabin.

Great stay

Charming Stay with Great Communication

Family Vacation yo the Grand Canyon and Williams

The home was absolutely beautiful and nice front porch to enjoy coffee or evening cocktail. It was well appointed and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable and their home was inviting. The location is perfect and a very short walk to downtown. We would absolutely stay here again..A beautiful Gem.

We enjoyed our stay here. The home is extremely clean and has everything you need. The location is awesome! Route 66 right out your door. No need to drive every time you go out. The restaurants and super market are all within a nice walking distance. The owners genuinely want to make sure your stay is a pleasant one and go out of their way. I highly recommend staying here.

Great Property

The property was perfect for our family of 4. Literally in walking distance to everything that Williams has to offer on Route 66. The owners are very responsive and had great communication. The Cozy little cabin is just that!

Super convenient location. Walking distance to multiple restaurants and to explore the little town of Williams. First time being there and had a great time. Paige was very responsive from the time of booking up to hours before checking in. No surprises or disappointments on this trip :) Super cute little house, and easy to find. I would definitely considering staying here again.

Perfect accommodations!

Cozy at the Cottage was clean, comfortable and full of amenities! It’s a block off Route 66 and right in the middle of town, so it’s easy walking to restaurants, stores, and the train. Paige was very communicative and helpful. We highly recommend this perfect spot!

Little getaway

Out of all the vacation rentals we have stayed at, this was by far our favorite. Very clean, nicely decorated, had everything that we needed for our a little family getaway. Great communication and overall an amazing experience. You won’t be disappointed.

Williams Stay

I was so excited to find this hidden gem! We've stayed at the Grand Railroad Hotel for Polar Express and we were far from impressed from the accommodations. This is what brought me to this awesome house! This time we took the train to the Grand Canyon which was so fun! Being able to come to a quiet house that wasnt chaotic, it was clean and comfortable just added to our trip experience. I'd highly recommend booking this VRBO!

This home was absolutely perfect. It was everything we needed and more. The house was sparking clean and everything there was high quality. They hosts have made sure you have everything you need for a comfortable stay including games, entertainment for the children, high chair, pack n play, sounds machines in the bedrooms, etc. we are so happy with this stay it was our best vacation rental we have ever had. Paige and Casey also kept in touch with us during our stay and were so very kind and helpful. We visited the deer park recommended in the guest book with our children and had so much fun! I am so thankful we chose to stay here, we never wanted to leave!

CUTE home away from home

This cozy little home is such a cute place to stay when visiting Williams. We had a lovely time here with our two teens over spring break. We had friends staying in town at a hotel as well so they came over for dinner and games which was nice as well. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a nice stay over the weekend. It's situated behind two other houses and is accessed. via an alley so if that alley is blocked by other vehicles, there is only 1 way in or out. We experienced this a couple of times during our stay, which isn't a big deal, just something to be aware of. The location of the house was perfect in relation to getting around town on foot or hopping in the car and taking a quick drive to Bearizona or other nearby attractions. The hosts were quick to respond to inquiries. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to others.

Hidden Gem

What a beautiful house! We stayed for one night on our way to the Grand Canyon. Although we initially had a bit of trouble finding it, we located it eventually. The house looks quite ordinary from the outside, but inside, it is cozy and amazing. Recently renovated, everything in the house is brand new and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is fully stocked with new pots, dishes, and appliances. The mattresses are comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathrooms are well-appointed, with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. What a beautiful hidden gem!
