The futon can allow for 1 more guest.

- a newly renovated bathroom with natural stone tiles, plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash
- living room with futon
- large master bedroom with decorative and original fireplace, a queen sized bed with eco friendly, luxurious comforter, and windows for natural light
- office with a desk looks out to the street and also contains an armoire
- heat and a/c

This apartment is on the second floor, which is a blessing in NYC where most apartments require you to walk up many flights up stairs.
