Loved the cottage - perfect for two people. The location was great - just across from the beach. Enjoyed coffee on the deck in the morning. Walking distance to restaurants, general store, and Nubble lighthouse.

This cottage has a fabulous location! The cottage is super cute, clean and a perfect spot for our family of 3. Check-in and check-out was super easy and the host was very accommodating. We will definitely be booking again!

Great location

Very nice location. Easy access to the beach. Less than a 5 minute walk to the general store for coffee and breakfast. Close to Maine attractions as well as New Hampshire and Massachusetts.

Weekend Getaway

Perfect spot to get away just my wife and I. The location was just as pictured. It was wonderful waking up each morning to an ocean view and being able to cross the street to get to the beach. Highly recommend!

One of the best trips my husband and I have ever taken, I only wish we had time to stay longer. The cottage was adorable and well appointed. The ocean was visible from the bedroom, which is incredible for afternoon napping. Very impressed and will definitely return.

Cozy house in a great spot.

Our stay at Minisands was great. The house was clean and exactly as described. The location is great. The beach is just a stone’s throw from the front door. My only complaint about the property is that the bedroom is just a few feet from the road. This isn’t a problem at night since the road isn’t busy. However, traffic picks up early and it sounds like the cars are right on top of you. Fortunately I had ear plugs. Even with the noise, we’d stay there again.
