Villa Kas Oraño is a beautiful, detached villa at the private residential area of Marbella Estate. This district is located at Jan Thiel, a few minutes away from the Jan Thiel Lagoon and the Spanish Water. The villa has a spacious private swimming pool, a tropical garden, a porch and a palapa that is located a little higher, and therefore the first place to catch that lovely Carribean breeze. The villa offers a lot of privacy and has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen. With the sea, beach, restaurants, shops and supermarket within a five minutes drive, this is the ideal place for an unforgettable holiday at wonderful Curaçao!

We are Yvon and Werner, the proud owners of Villa Kas Oraño. We first came to the island sixteen years ago. When we stayed with friends in their house on Marbella Estate in 2013, we fell in love with the island and with this place at Jan Thiel. A few times a year we enjoy a wonderful holiday in our villa. We love renting our house to guests, to introduce them to the lovely island life. We would be delighted to welcome you in our villa!

Villa Kas Oraño is located at Marbella Estate, in the well-known Jan Thiel district. Marbella Estate is a gated community and is very child-friendly. The park is beautifully landscaped, with lots of space, houses in soft Caribbean colors and waving palm trees. The beautiful bays of the Spanish Water and the Jan Thiel Lagoon natural park with the salt pans and flamingos are next door. The sea is about 3 minutes away and there you will find the most beautiful white beaches, nice beach clubs such as Zanzibar, Zest and Papagayo Beach and cozy restaurants and shops.
Mambo Beach Boulevard and the centre of Willenstad are located at 10 and 15 minutes by car. This is the ideal location for your holiday on sun-drenched Curaçao!
