Grace Bay Condo

This is a great location to stay. Our family is the kind that like to move around and explore. We would have breakfast in the condo and head out to a morning beach, then come back to the condo for lunch and pick a second beach to go to. We would come home and get ready to go out for dinner. You can't see the beach from the condo but you save a ton of money and this spot is in the heart of where we liked to be. Stay here get a rental car and go explore. The unit was as advertised. The unit is maybe a little on the smaller side but it is set up nice for us.

It sounds like you had a fantastic time! We love how you made the most of the location, with plenty of beach hopping and enjoying the local area. It's great that the condo worked well for your family, even if it was a little on the smaller side—sounds like it was still cozy and functional for your needs. Plus, saving money while staying in a prime spot is always a win! It is our pleasure hosting you and we look forward to your return.

The Property is Just as Listed

The property is beautiful and just as listed. Check-in and check-out was easy and straightforward. The property was clean and well-maintained. The pool, barbecue, and fitness center were immaculate. The property is pretty much a ten minute walk from everything (beach, restaurants, and convenience store), so we didn't need to rent a vehicle. While there is a binder with information regarding the care of the property, there is no information provided about the location and other amenities. We had to figure out where the closest restaurants and stores were. It would have been nice to have a short list of nearby restaurants and stores and a few taxi companies to use while on the island as well as for airport transport. The bedsheets were also a bit rough, and it's time for new towels. A few bottles of complimentary water would have been nice as a welcome since there are no nearby stores or vending machines. Overall, we really enjoyed the unit.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback! We’re thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the property and found it well-maintained. It's great to know that the pool, barbecue, and fitness center met your expectations, and that the location worked well for your needs! We really appreciate your suggestions regarding the local information - we could've shared the list of recommendations that we have if this was brought into our attention during stay. As for complimentary water, that’s a thoughtful recommendation, and we’ll look into adding that for an extra touch of hospitality. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us. We hope to welcome you back soon!
