The Space:
The space is perfect for larger groups who appreciate their own space & privacy when needed! The building is 1 short block to the Metra train in downtown Berwyn which puts you in the Chicago loop in 14 minutes flat! Check out Downtown Berwyn which offers a variety of places to eat and drink!
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire building: Garden apartment, 1st floor apartment, and 2nd floor apartment. Guests will also have private access to the fenced-in backyard with patio furniture, a charcoal Weber grill, a propane Weber Grill, and a smokeless fire pit (& wood).
The Neighborhood:
Berwyn is a diverse quaint neighborhood full of families of all races. The neighborhood is safe and very close to both public transportation as well as close to highway access. There is a large number of restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and retail stores in the area as well as a shopping mall.
Getting Around:
Uber/Lyft Services are readily available.
This building is 1 short block from the Berwyn Metra Train Station which will take you directly to Downtown Chicago.
CTA Bus's are available as well.
To park your vehicle you must display a 24 hour guest pass at all times. I have available in all my Airbnb units. If you book with me I will provide detailed info regarding the parking rules. It is always extremely easy to find a parking spot near the building.
