Truly a work of heart, McCall Mountain Estate sits on acres of land with a beautiful stream running through it and mountain views surrounding its many peaks. Enjoy hiking, mountain biking, fishing, wildlife viewing, and snowshoeing right out the backdoor! This private and peaceful location at the end of a road is at the base of Jug Mountain and borders thousands of acres of State Land with Payette National Forest beyond. Wildlife, including elk, frequent this rare property.

Inside, the living room's large A-frame window allows for the light to flow in effortlessly. Enjoy playing board games around the expansive dining table. When you aren't busy engaging in some playful competition, the gourmet kitchen offers high-end appliances, double ovens, and dazzling granite countertops. The large pantry and separate bar space are additional perks.

Full of whimsical charm, the home's six bedrooms come adorned with bohemian color palettes, beautiful chandeliers, and soft linens. The primary bedroom's en suite bathroom is the perfect spot to practice self-care with its jetted tub and walk-in shower with a bench. The perks don't end there though! Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Due to local permits, this home can sleep up to eight people max.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
