This stunning condo is situated on the world-renowned Carbon Beach (aka "Billionaire's Beach") in Malibu, right on the sandy shore. Unlike other beachfront properties in the area, this condo is shielded from the noise of the HWY, providing a peaceful and serene atmosphere.Enjoy the luxurious amenities including a heated pool, jacuzzi, private beach access to the public beach and free parking.

Please note that we strictly prohibit parties/events and smoking of any kind at this location.


This spacious condo includes a bedroom with a stunning ocean view, a modern bathroom, and a large living and dining area with plenty of room to relax. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities and provides the perfect space to cook meals during your stay.

Rest assured, the mattress in the bedroom is brand new, extremely comfortable, and thoroughly sanitized for every new guest. Additionally, we offer two comfortable queen-size air mattresses and extra bedding to accommodate additional guests.

The property and location were amazing; yet it was the communication with Melody, the owner, that was extraordinary. Any question was immediately answered by telephone. Tha photos in the listing were very accurate as well. We will be back!

I LOVED this place! Like so many of the other reviews, I was absolutely stunned by the cleanliness, the amazing views, the beautiful amenities, and the incredible location. Everything is so walkable, from wonderful restaurants to the Malibu Pier, where my kids absolutely loved having breakfast and lunch.And the host was beyond amazing! So responsive, thoughtful, and welcoming. Wow!We finally found a place that was so perfect that I could honestly tell myself, “Okay, I found it. I don’t need to start my search all over again next summer!” So yes, I highly recommend this place, and I’m already looking forward to coming back every year to enjoy our summers here with my family.Melody, you ROCK! Thank you for creating such an amazing place for families to relax, enjoy Malibu, and make beautiful memories. This place is truly something special, and we feel so lucky to have found it!

We had the best experience of all our stays here, truly 10/10! The place was clean, beautiful, peaceful, and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. From the essentials to all the little details, everything was thoughtfully provided. We’ve stayed at many rental properties in Malibu,and most had noticeable highway noise, but this place is wonderfully quiet and feels completely secluded, while still being right on PCH and directly on the ocean.The building has a private beach that is incredibly clean, and the entire property is spotless. You can relax in the jacuzzi while listening to the sound of the ocean, and then simply open the door and walk onto one of the biggest, cleanest, and safest beaches I’ve ever been to. It’s honestly a fascinating and special place.We enjoyed walking to the Malibu Pier for breakfast, visiting the Malibu museums and enjoying some fantastic nearby restaurants. There’s an amazing Greek restaurant and an Italian restaurant within walking distance, Everything is so convenient.The host, Melody, was fantastic—extremely responsive, kind, and always available. She responded within seconds whenever we had a question and made everything so easy.Thank you, Melody, for helping us create such a fantastic memory with our family. We absolutely recommend this place and would happily give it 10 out of 10!

Fantastic place, 100/100 experience. One of the best vacations I’ve had at a VRBO. The condo was spotless and very well organized. I’m a bit of a clean freak, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The location is incredible right on the water. I had my coffee every morning on the balcony with the ocean literally below my feet.We walked to Nobu and Malibu Pier, enjoyed the jacuzzi, and everything about the stay felt relaxing and special. The host was extremely professional and amazing to deal with.I will definitely be back!

My family really loved staying at this Malibu “Beach House.” My kids absolutely loved the warm salt water pool. My wife and I loved the private beach area above the actual gorgeous beach. The unit itself was light and bright and airy. The only downside was we chose to stay during a massive heat wave and the place was advertised as having no air-conditioning. At least we were ready for it. They did have ceiling fans, and other types of fans to combat the heat. Not gonna lie, though, even with all the windows open all day and night the temperature ranged from 76 to 81 inside the home. I’m sure 99% of the year it is much more comfortable in there but we just happened to stay in Malibu when it was 85 outside. The vibe around the complex was very chill and the other people around seemed friendly. The host was extremely communicative the whole time. We definitely want to come back and stay again. Maybe in the spring or late fall this next time. The view from the balcony was like a million dollar view. My wife and I would just sit there and look out at Carbon Beach and feel grateful.

The property was great and the views/beach access was stunning! The unit was spacious and clean and had everything we needed to enjoy the stay. The host was great; very communicative and available throughout. Walking distance to numerous offerings and gorgeous coastline drives/views. We'll certainly look to stay here when in Malibu again. Highly recommend; great experience.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful oceanfront apt. The pool and jacuzzi were the highlights of our days, and everything was in great condition and very clean. The house was well equipped with everything we needed, so we could relax from the moment we arrived. Our host was very welcoming, responsive, and kind, which made the experience even better. We truly appreciated the quiet location with no highway noise and waking up every day to the sound of the ocean. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach escape.

Loved this place. The view is phenomenal and the beach and pool were so much fun. Great location. Even though it’s a one bedroom it felt spacious with the furnishing and the mirrors. Manager is really responsive.

We had a great time on this vacation. The location is perfect and close to everything we wanted to do while visiting. There were 4 adults. The condo had 2 air mattresses that the younger adults slept on and separate bedroom for us parents. . The hot tub felt great as we visited when the weather was not ideal. My daughter and her friend enjoyed the pool as well. Our host, Melody, was so responsive and helpful while we were there. Unfortunately the heat was not working properly but she quickly ordered some space heaters and had those at our door the following day. I would highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a beautiful beach front place to stay with a very friendly and communicative host!

Oceanfront Dream!

Beautiful Malibu condo with unprecedented views of the ocean right on the beach. Close proximity to great restaurants, very central yet. Secluded when you’re inside. Would definitely stay again when we return.
