Next to the ski lifts! Walk down just a few stairs and you are at the base of Angel Fire Resort, and your furry family members can tag-along! This split-level condo has plenty of space for your entire party. The large entry way features a long bench, baskets, and hooks to gather all the outdoor gear. Everyone will enjoy gathering in the family room which is located on the next level up from the entryway. Cozy up to the wood-burning fireplace and watch your favorite shows on the flatscreen TV. There is also a queen sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space. Step out onto the deck and take in the fresh mountain air. Another half flight up is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The dining table comfortably seats six and there's room for four more at the kitchen counter. There is also a full bath on this level. One half flight up is a small open loft area with a full-sized futon. The master bedroom is located on the top floor with a queen-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. There are two more bedrooms on the bottom floor. One with a queen bed and en-suite dry sauna and shower. The other bedroom has a twin over twin bunk bed and a queen bed and an ensuite bath. This condo has great views. Please be advised that there are stairs inside the home.

INSURANCE: Most reservations come with accidental damage insurance, should you have an accident in the home. The Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 OR $1,000,000 coverage for property damage and bodily injury depending on the property.

ANGEL FIRE COUNTRY CLUB: Open to the public. A fitness center and indoor heated pool are available for a small fee. Fine dining and full bar at Elements.

All our properties are maintained by professional snow-plowmen; we make every effort to ensure the property is accessible upon arrival. However, please be prepared for extreme weather conditions. A 4WD or AWD vehicle is highly recommended. Resort Properties of Angel Fire cannot be responsible for guests unable to reach the booked property due to a lack of a 4WD/AWD vehicle.
