Coastal cottage offers beautiful water views, and steps to sandy beaches

Wake up refreshed in this relax cottage sits on an idyllic street, greeted by the unobstructed sunrise views on the lakefront. This three bedrooms sleep up to 7. The home features open concept kitchen with updated appliances, fully stocked with tableware, bath towels and bedding, Wi-Fi, flatscreen TV and plenty of board games to keep the kiddos entertained, outdoor space with outdoor shower and water views.



Imagine your unforgettable vacation start with a morning that you take a stroll with your coffee to Bristol Beach (800 feet south) or Falmouth Heights Beach (1000 feet southwest) to enjoy the salty morning air and view Martha's Vineyard across the water. Enjoy your day swimming in the ocean, bike at the Shining Sea Bikeway (2.5 miles east), or take a ferry (Island Queen 0.85 miles northeast) for a day trip to Martha's Vineyard, come home to rinse off at the outdoor shower, fire the charcoal grill for a barbecue dinner with your loved ones outside, or take a short drive to the historical downtown (1.5 miles west) to explore the eclectic mix of international restaurants, quaint cafes, and gastropubs for the evening.

Cute little house with amazing views

Very nice stay at this cute little house in Falmouth! The kitchen was nicely stocked and the views were so pretty. Check in and check out was super easy and we would stay again!

Clean and cozy

Our stay was great. The house has a beautiful view, is clean, and the beds are comfortable. It was a quick walk to the beach too!

The property location was great with water views in nice quiet area. A few basics and essentials we expected were not available:Out of the 3 bedrooms only 2 had closets and they were both locked. It was difficult with 6 adults and no closet space. The only light in the kitchen (overhead ceiling fan light) was not working. We tried changing battery but it was inoperable.There were some water stains on the ceilings around AC vents. One bedroom had a musty odor. The hall carpet was stained with what looked like pet urine. These issues were reported to the host. We were told the closets were for storage for the owners and not available to renters. Overall it was a nice place

Falmouth Cape Cod Stay

The property is located in a wonderful location. The view from the window is incredible and peaceful. The house was very clean and comfortable. The only issue we had was the code provided originally to access the home was incorrect and not enough toilet paper provided for our stay. The host did answer the phone right away and rectified the issues. Would stay here again in a heart beat.

Unfortunately, we were unable to stay at this home because there appeared to be black mold covering the ceiling inside a bedroom closet, and there was a strong musty/mildew smell when we entered. We quickly found the source and did not feel the home was safe for our family to stay in.My daughter also felt moisture/condensation drip on her while walking from the family room to the hallway, which added to our concern that there was an active moisture issue.The property manager was responsive, accommodating, and refunded us, and they did try to help. However, VRBO told us around 6:30pm that it was too late for them to find alternative accommodations that evening. After traveling all day, my family had to find and pay for a new place to stay on our own.I’m sharing this because it was a serious condition issue at check-in and something future guests should be aware of.

The source of the moisture was promptly repaired, and the issue has been fully resolved. We responded immediately to your concerns, offered our assistance, and processed a full refund because your comfort and peace of mind are our top priorities. Since the repair, we have welcomed additional families to the home, and they have been enjoying their stays while taking in the beautiful views the property offers. We appreciate your feedback, as it allows us to address issues quickly and continue providing the high-quality experience our guests expect.
