The Space:

This 10th floor, corner-unit offers 2 balconies. The beach-side balcony has seating for 5 and is accessed off the living area. This is the perfect spot to watch the sunset and the waves roll on the shore. The second balcony faces the north where you overlook the city of Orange Beach & the state park and is accessed off the master bedroom. The well-equipped kitchen has all of the pots, pans, and utensils for your cooking needs. There is a Keurig and a regular drip coffee maker in this condo. Each bedroom and the living area include a flat-screen TV. The unit also includes a washer, dryer, and WIFI.

Phoenix II is located directly on the beach in the heart of Orange Beach, AL. This complex has all of the amenities that you should expect with a first-class beachfront resort destination. Upon arrival, you will need to purchase parking passes from Phoenix I (next door to Phoenix II). They are $55/vehicle and may get up to two parking passes, MAX.
