We loved our stay … our granddaughters were thrilled with the under stairs hideaway…The bed were amazing!The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. A short drive into Grand Marais to explore. We can’t wait to stay here again !

Amazing Vacation Spot

Such a great place to get away from it all for a week! The location was absolutely beautiful and the cabin had all the amenities you would want. The check-in process was simple due to excellent communication with the owners. Only about five minutes from downtown Grand Marais but was still nestled away in the woods. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful house.Worked perfect for quick family trip with 2 kids and Grandma. Great accommodations with comfortable beds and cold a/c in the rooms. Video games kept kids and dad occupied. Short drive from downtown Grand Marais.Outside was a little overgrown leaving the space feeling not as appealing.

Winter retreat

Very nice, clean, and bright vacation spot. Enjoyed the wooded secluded location. We made good use of the kitchen. Great location, close to XC ski spots and Grand Marais. We were snowed in (couldn't get back up the driveway) for a bit due to the heavy snow.

Cozy escape

Our group had ages ranging from 70 to 7 and we all had an amazing time on this property! It was in a very convenient location with easy access to both Grand Marais and Lusten. If you decided to hunker down and spend your entire stay in this cabin it's incredibly comfortable, welcoming, and has beautiful scenery right outside your windows. We cannot wait to come back to this area soon!

The house was great and very clean and we loved that it was only a short drive from Grand Marais. The only issues we would mention is that the yard around the gazebo and deck was very overgrown. It would have also been nice to have some rudimentary instructions for the arcade game, luckily the teenager was able to figure it out. Neither of those issues really affected our overall enjoyment of the property however, and did not affect our rating.

Incredible, comfortable property in the woods

Such a comfortable, clean, beautiful property! We felt right at home immediately and the check in process was flawless. The little touches, such as USB charging outlets by the beds, really make the experience even better. Highly recommend!

Perfect Family Vacation in Beautiful Grand Marais

While not directly on Lake Superior, we enjoyed the peacefulness of being nestled within nature just a few miles outside of Grand Marais. The location was perfect for our family of five - close proximity to town as well as many trails. The home was as described, modern, comfortable, and well kept. We would definitely consider staying here again when we come back to Grand Marais!
